Practical for one night stay. Great shopping and food within walking distance. Quiet and rooms were modern and clean. Exterior needs cleaning and fresh paint. Continental breakfast. Fresh waffles.

The bed sheets and pillows were not comfortable and felt dirty. The AC was super loud. Room was small and cramped.

Stay was average. Towel rack fell off the wall as soon as i added a towel. USB charger on one side of the room didn’t work. Other than these issues, the stay was fine. Wouldn't stay there with my wife but it was fine with my older child. We needed an inexpensive room at the 11th hour.

The AC made a loud noise and woke us up whenever it kicked on. There was only a sheet in the bed, not an actual blanket.

They insisted on a $50 deposit “in case of damage.” (And they preferred it in cash—WTH?!) So, presumed guilty. And then told me I was to come get someone to check the room *before I left* in order to return the deposit. It was like a frickin’ cabin check in summer camp. Insulting! (And the $50 was on top of the $35 *per pet* I had to pay for my dogs—who weren’t in the room except in their crates for even 30 seconds.) Just what sort of damage did they expect me to do? I’ve stayed here before, but won’t again.

Pool was closed - no water in it. Checked into a room but the floor was wet because the cleaner obviously used a fully wet mop without even partially wringing it out. Furthermore, they should have noticed and then dry it - but they didn't. That left the floor wet and dirty with puddles of water in places. They moved us to another room. The floor was a little bit wet but instead of going back to the front desk I dried the floor with a towel. When I was done, the towel was filthy (black with dirt).

Property was well kept and clean. Area was convenient to shopping and dining. Price was a bit higher due to events in the area but otherwise a good stay.

Great value for a race weekend . Room comfortable ac unit did great . Had a hand grip to get in and out of tub . Elevator worked well . Could walk to restaurants . Target right there if you needed something.

We were told it was newly renovated. Bathroom was disgusting. Old. Outside room was absolutely filthy I did not feel safe

Staff helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rooms need some maintenance and TLC. Close to restraunts.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve experienced. Dirty, sticky floor. A used bar of soap in the bathroom and just overall filthy. Was advertised as newly renovated but that is not true.

The room was very nicely upgraded, however, getting to the room, one had to go up the elevator, across the landings and the hallways. These areas were in serious disrepair and very unclean.

People yelling & screaming all night that kept us awake. We repeatedly called the front desk about it but it never stopped
