I really like the location. It was close to the mall, Target, and many dining locations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

It was less than a 12 hr stop for traveling and did the job, but not a family hotel I'd stay in

Nice, clean convenient hotel

It was okay for the price but it claims to be newly renovated but it was still not in the greatest shape. The paint was peeling and the bathroom was very dingy. There was a lot of screaming outside during the night hours.

Good except dead roach and tub not completely cleaned

The staff were very nice. Our room was 1st floor, entrance from parking lot, so very noisy with people beeping to lock their cars. Lock was wobbly, ac very loud, but cold! Soft towels, comfy bed. Breakfast very limited; packets of grits, 1 kind of fruit, small yogurt. Coffee was fine. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and don’t mind the simplicity of the room, it is just fine.

No signs directing guests to hotel site. Only semi-healthy item for breakfast was Yoplait. Elevator needs servicing; sounds tired and worn. Noisy bed frames, bath fan.

The refrigerator was broken it kept tipping over and fell on my feet. The towels were dirty with makeup and the floors were very dirty

The staff were friendly both at check in and check out. However, the room was pretty dirty. It looked as if it had not been dusted in months, what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and on the wall by the bathroom, the tv was connected to the light so it could only be watched if the light was on, there were no batteries in the remote when we arrived. The small toiletries that we given were half used. The one bed apeared broken but was still useable.The hotel itself said recently renovated but it still was very torn down and rough looking. The pool was dirty so we could not swim in it. Breakfast was fine.

Front desk service was fantastic! At check in and check out.

1.) said that the pet fee was 35 per pet when it’s stated as 35 total per accommodation. Said the best they could do was 40 for both of my small pups, I should have left them but didn’t and said okay. 2.) The fridge, tv, microwave was all unplugged from behind the console. Had to get someone to come fix it. 3.) ac stayed on all night, was loud and couldn’t manage the temp. Also banged up. 4.) DAMAGE TO THE ROOM. Mold, very clear long term water damage in the bathroom with soft walls from it, it then leaked into the bed area. We didn’t notice it as it was under the flooring but would come up if something was placed on it or walked on. Walls damaged, chair damaged… awful room. It was late so we waited till morning and they said they would issue us a refund. They issued the Expedia money, but charged us the security deposit and kept the pet fee…. All of which we were told we would get back. Do not stay here.
