Great location close to the train station. Although the room is somewhat outdated and the bed basic, the good news is that it was spotless and breakfast buffet included was great. Staff wonderful.

I was only there 1 night. The staff was nice and the hotel clean. It had a very nice pool. I chose it because it is right next to the Chamartin Train Station. Walking distance toaekwts and bars.

I booked because it was near the train station and they had a pool, which I planned to use to combat jet lag. The pool was closed, and I had doubke checked the website, and even when I preregisted, no notice was given when a botice could have been given several times. I would have stayed elesewhere.

Dated property, but Very clean. Funky entrance feels out of place- doesn’t look like an entrance. But, location is across the street from Chamartín Train terminal, which was why we stayed here. Food is good & service is good, very cleanly.

Conveniently located next to the Chamartin train station. The room was spacious and their restaurant was pretty good!

This hotel was just across from the train station. So perfect for our travel. The room is comfortable with the best bed. Linens are crisp and quality. We were able to check in early which is important in US/International travel. We were able to catch up on some sleep early in day. Lunch was great and relatively inexpensive. A must do visit.

3 stars not even joking, at most half a star. The check-in process is terrible, waiting more than 30 minutes, despite having done the pre check-in online. They can't find reservations, to issue room keys they have to go somewhere else... The rooms are older than Methuselah and in poor condition. Run away from this hotel

Was wonderful to find a place close to the train station. Booked last minute when we could not get a train to our actual destination til the next day. Very nice property. Super comfortable bed. Older property but well kept. If more than one person check your actual reservation. I requested on hotels.com for 2 people but only gave price for one. Added 30 euro for the 2nd person at the property. Definitely not the hotels fault. The breakfast was very good

We stayed for a weekend in Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá. The staff was kind but nothing special. For the price we paid the breakfast was average, the surrounding was a bit noisy and crowded as the Metro/Train Station was nearby. It has a great access to the station. There are not many places where you can dine in and nothing around the hotel. In overall, a good located hotel for central Madrid.

I got there an hour before check-in time and my room was ready. It had all I needed, a good desk, stocked minibar and a confortable bed. The location for what I needed was unbeatable (next to the train station), but it's kind of boring. Their breakfast starts early (at 7am) and is glorious.
