The hallways where super hot that’s all

I have stayed in many hotels in Mexicali, but none like Hotel Lucerna. It's a magical hotel where the customer service goes beyond exceptional. The rooms are always clean and welcoming. The pools are just the right temperature and you can spend hours there. Then the restaurants have the best food and best quality. Overall, its the only hotel I wish to stay at.

Very clean and helpful staff. Hotel room very comfortable and sir con good. Food onsite was also very nice and the service was excellent. One thing to be aware of, if you intended on using the laundry service be aware that you are charged by the item and it’s extremely expensive !

Usually stay at Marriot or Fairfield. This was a better location, slightly cheaper, better service by far.

Awesome service! Most workers speak English which is helpful! Nice rooms, I definitely recommend the executive rooms vs Deluxe. Deluxe rooms are slightly outdated and have no refrigerator but ice machine nearby still a great value. Didnt get to check out the property much but theres a few restaurants, 24 hour snack shop, spa, nail salon, 2 pools and some bars. Nearby so many great breweries! Ample parking.

Beautiful hotel, very well kept. The staff were especially friendly.Will definetly stay there again. It was a short stay but very relaxing. Hope to stay longer next time

We stayed in a Bungalow and it was very nice, comfortable and clean. Swimming pool was very nice. The staff was friendly.

Beautiful place

Parking is tough to find do to all the events at the hotel, also there is a pigeon plague, my car will need a detail after parking here for two nights, even the covered parking area is not inmune to pigeon poop. The toilet seat in my bathroom was worn out. Location and staff were very good.

The hotel needs upgrades for the price being charged

Hotel Lucerna is still the best hotel in Mexicali. Outstanding service in a great facility. Returning next month.

It was a great hotel. The pool is a great addition so the kids get entertained in it. The service was top notch! I like the Room view and the space. My room had a balcony.
