Satisfied with my stay here

Beds were clean, area was fine, lobby was clean and breakfast was good. Air conditioner was disgustingly dirty as well as remote for TV and ice bucket. The couch in the room was dirty/stained. There were not enough towels for the room and house keeping never replaced towels. We had to go down to the desk daily and ask as the phone in the room didn’t work either.

The location was good for the purpose of my trip. There was a nice breakfast and the staff was friendly. A couple of things I did not like was that there was no maid service during my three-day stay although you could get new towels, tissue, etc. if requested. Also, while the property and grounds were pretty nice, it is located in a rather "seedy" area, and parking is a little remote. Almost all of the close-in parking spaces are either handicapped or reserved for "frequent stayers".

The staff were very professional and polite. The entire property was immaculate.

Monica went beyond in showing concern for our room situation. The manager, Angela made sure our room was correct when Expedia threatened to only allow us to change from a king to two queens by cancelling our no refund reservation. These two women helped us tremendously.

Found cockroaches in the room. Upon arrival to check in the staff was smoking outside the front door. Came in and never washed their hands. Won't likely ever return to the location.

Great bed. Room clean. Everything we needed. TV great choices for channels. Breakfast good. Very polite staff. Used Laundry room and machines worked great.

Nice rooms. Good breakfast. There are a lot of hotels in this area, and finding the entrance at night was a challenge.

The staff was as helpful as could be, but seemed to be understaffed for maintenance help.

Check in went quickly. Check out was quick too. Our room was clean, comfortable and looked very nice. Only complaint was we were given two door key cards. Only one of them worked. But because my husband and I do everything together one card was all we needed.

Would have liked to have had room service and clean bath towels and wash cloths daily without having to ask for them each day. Otherwise it was a nice stay with excellent staff.

This property is located in an unsavory area with hookers, walking the streets around the building at night and sketchy looking people hanging out around the front of the building until midnight, smoking right in front of the doors and generally doing whatever they please. Every time I walked in the building, I was looked at like I was a high-end call girl, as a single lady staying by myself. The gym is lacking, but at least has the basics and I did use the treadmill while I was staying at the hotel. You have to request daily housekeeping, and it is not discussed at check-in, until you specifically asked for clean towels. One of the hand towels in my room was dirty, even though it was folded with the other clean towels, it had dirt on it like it had been used to wipe a dirty shoe. The room smelled musty and it was very humid constantly as well as the fan in the bathroom did not work. Overall, this property needs a lot of updating and just general staff friendliness should be addressed.

Pillows were the absolute worst. Like sleeping on marbles. Front desk people far from helpful. ALL spent more time on their phones than assisting guests. . Homeless camp out back of the hotel probably 20 yard from the pool area. I dont care that this is in Mobile AL! Standards and expectations still need to be maintained. Owners and management must be non existent.

While the property itself wasn’t horrible the surrounding neighborhood was not a place you’d want to be alone outside in. Go a bit further and stay in Spanish Fort Marriott

When i first arrived my room was not cleaned, they moved me to another room which had bed bugs and roaches. 2nd room had no workings HVAC. I'VE REQUESTED A REFUND BUT NO RESPONSE ON THIS MATTER. WORST HOTEL EVER.
