Love it everything

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved. The hotel was filled so we had to stay, however Liz was very nice and had someone from housekeeping come up to spray Febreze, which help a bit. Also we were not told there was a fee for parking until we checked out.

Liked the on site resturaunt

Was very nice to have the morning cafe breakfast as complimentary and also the mexican restaurant on site was very good. I had quite a lot of trouble getting the hot tub to work and couldn't get the jets to come on without A LOT of button pushes.

website says "FREE PARKING" and got charged $3.00 a day for parking. other unexplained charges, and manager not available to explain.

Staff was friendly, room was very nice, loved the pools and hot tub. Just a great environment

It was a good stay. Had some issues with a connecting room but it wan not the hotels fault. Do wish they had blackout curtains but I may have missed them

The room was spacious and everything in it well thought out. Hotel very clean and room. Very nice lg outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool and gym. Morning bkfst cafe and mini store for things, computer access, inexpensive pkg. Also a Margaritas Restaurant adjoining hotel for meals, pizza, good drinks. Very convenient location off main st.A very friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was great, but the room was a bit run down. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the room was a bit dirty (Especially the ceiling).

Wonderful pool and right near the highway. So close to Canobie Lake Amusement Park.

So everything was amazing with this hotel until it wasn't in the fire alarms went off during late night hours twice and then through word of mouth I found out that for a whole 2 days to fire alarms were going off so there was a little bit difficulty in sleeping and in the little cafe downstairs that they do breakfast there was only one waitress and everybody kind of came in all at once and she was bombarded which is not her fault they should have pulled somebody from housekeeping to help her she was amazing.. all in all wonderful experience except for the fire alarms

Staff very friendly, easy & convenient.

Room we had was definitely in need of upkeep. Sink cracked, faucet leaky and the shower wall cracked in a couple different places. Slow elevators. Very odd set up and not a user friendly place to stay as far as parking.

Great service, friendly staff and comfy bed! Pool was super warm and the hot tub was hot! They even let us get a last minute late check out for 1130! Will come back

You need to get a friendlier person at the front desk. Not sure why she had a bit of an attitude with me it seemed from the get go. I travelled alone to visit my daughter in the hospital and I feel like I was overcharged for the room on the basement floor. I was charged for two breakfast and i didn’t get one. By 10:15 there was no more coffee nor food. So how does that work do you refund me for two breakfast ?

There was no hot running water. The indoor pool water was green. The complimentary in room coffee pot was broken. When I complained all I got was "Sorry about that".

The hot tub was not working properly and the pool was freezng

Great for what it is, clean, staff overall friendly. Outdated rooms and items, pool needed to be cleaned. Overall easy location, decent clean room
