Good location but the price is quite expensive compared to the facilities.

Hotel surprisingly is a large building that connects to annex building. With varieties of restaurants and shops. Shinagawa station just right in front. There are several ways to get to the hotel. Seven eleven on the second floor on the other wing, there were also food court inside the building right in front of seven eleven. Gym was pretty big, laundry room on the 9th floor, black cat service right in the building. Overall was a good experience.

OK first of all the hotel location is best if you just came back from osaka or kyoto by shinkansen because its only distance walk to the hotel. But because of the close distance to the busy station the hotel become very crowded. You can drop your luggage at their lobby for free but the queue itself is very long. And the staff also not very helpful and attentive as I'm a mom travelling with twins toddler and 4 suitcase. Not offering any help with cart or anything.

The location was very easy to find and really close to main station ‘shinagawa station’

Just cross the street to Shinagawa Station, including major stations in Tokyo, access to Haneda Airport, Narita and to the city center.

The hotel was delicious for our 2 days in Shinagawa, friendly service

The location is very close to the station, I didn’t know that the hotel is very big so when I want to check in from east lobby, they said my booking is registered in another building and not in this building which is I need to go to another lobby and luckily they are connected. The hotel’s room is pretty small for 3 person (I think it’s normally for 2 person room).

Okay, the room is quite spacious in Japanese size.

Good service and very clean but the hotel should be renovated or decorated by modern design. No drinking water in the room. Must pay fee for swimming pool.

The room very small, no baggage service, we have had to pay for swimming pool . We forgot the key in the room and we have had to wait 30 mins to be opened

As always, had a pleasant stay at Prince. There’s 7/11 in 2nd floor of Annex building and it’s right in front of Shinagawa station. Friendly & helpful staffs, super convenient location. Breakfast was awesome. Suitable for holiday/business trip, solo/family vacation.

we had a pleasant stay in Shinagawa Orince Hotel. this hotel just around 200m walking distance from Shinagawa Station. We took Corner room in Main Tower. and the room size was ok, not small but not too spacious also. old style but it was just fine. you can also get discount at Shinagawa Aquarium for hotel guests. would love to stay here for next trip in Tokyo 😍😍

Convinient for travel by train, near to station and very kind of reception staff.

Clean, safe, comfortable and close to the train station and can be near places of tourism and shopping

Easy when checking in. Easy access, there is an aquarium too, oh yes there is a special price for the aquarium for those who stay at Shinigawa Prince hotel.

We have 2 nights here. The hotel room is okay. Not too big but not too small though. The bathroom is also comfy to be used. The only lacking is perhaps the hotel could prepare at least bottled water. The facilities are well prepared and the location is also convenient to the nearest station and convenient store and shopping mall which is great for a family traveller with children like us.

Strategic hotel location, opposite shingawa station, many restaurants around the hotel. Unfortunately the limousine bus to Haneda airport is only 3 times a day, so we were forced to take the train to the airport with quite a lot of luggage, even though one of the reasons I chose to stay in this hotel was because I could take the limousine bus to Haneda.
