Great location and walking distance to shop. Staff were very polite and room was clean. However, the bed was so uncomfortable after a night’s sleep.

Arrived late, after midnight, and Ben at the front desk was awesome! He was expecting us, very friendly, and checked us in quickly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Good location, could sometimes hear traffic noise. Great diner next door, Lowes and Walmart around the corner. Did not use the shuttle to train station, but booked hotel for that reason, since we were going to NY city. The breakfast was really good, lots of variety. Always coffee, tea & hot water available in lobby. Friendly staff, lots of parking available. Nice pool, did not use the gym.

Bathroom Shower needs repairs , whole room could be better cleaned and updated

Not sure about the other rooms but mine (rm. 200) had the air conditioning set to ECO MODE and that is disruptive when sleeping… the inconsistency in the air flow would wake me up when it would shut off or turn back on. Sometimes it would not turn on until it got hotter in the room…did not get great sleep. Overall, the hotel is nice & clean in a great location with friendly staff. Just the A/C needs to be turned off ECO mode to better sleep for visitors.

This site in particular has good amenities, close by shopping and food options.

The room we stayed in had bed bug/s. Housekeeping inspected the room after the initial complaint and claimed nothing . On the second day we took a picture of one in and on a pillow we used . Front desk apologized and said to request a refund from the third party vendor

Excellent check in experience and stay was great. Everything was in order and updated. Would stay here again had a great experience.

Honestly best stay I’ve had at any hotels in the area, I visit every other month, always a different place.now I would definitely make this my new spot, breakfast was great, 24hr coffee, place was super nice.

Would recommend and would stay here again.
