Issues in previous questions. We were very satisfied with our 2-night stay.

Did not get credit on canceled reservation

Helpful staff. Very clean and great location. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Ran Grandma’s, basic hotel. No big frills. Wish there was a hot tub. Thankful for early breakfast on day of race.

Very nice (new) less than 5 minutes drive to everywhere (Mall, canal, Hwy 61, museums, Glensheen mansion)

Was good clean decent stay. Was a little dirty in the hallways and vending machines needed restocked.

Bed was uncomfortable but everything else was good. Only had an overnight stay for the Airshow

The staff was amazing, always willing to help. My only complaint was the noise from Friday to Saturday upstairs was loud but I think there was a whole bunch of teenagers. parking which I don’t see an alternative was a little tight.

A basic, clean, quiet hotel for our stay for graduation. Not down by the tourist area but a really short and easy drive to colleges and everywhere we needed.

Front desk staff was very friendly but the room was not clean. The sheets were clean but the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The toilet was not clean or not flushed. The sink and counter were covered in toothpaste and the mirror in the room had smeared handprints all over it. The breakfast was empty and it was not near being over.

Was a clean hotel. However it was very full of kids. Pretty loud.

Why have people fill in info online ahead of time if you are gonna make them do it again when they check in? No hot tub
