Excellent property in Duluth. Quiet, good location, affordable.

Why have people fill in info online ahead of time if you are gonna make them do it again when they check in? No hot tub

Our room that we stayed in during a snow storm had a window that whistled. Because the storm lasted through the night and into the next day we were annoyed by that whistling. It did have a walk in shower that was very safe and the towels were very soft.

Had online check in which made it fast and easy when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near the mall and only minutes away from the lake. The pet area was clean and spacious. Only wish we could have been closer to the pet exit. Had to walk to the other side of the building to take the dogs out. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding!

Clean, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Has a pool, no hot tub which was a bummer. Pool is small, only 3’9 deep. Nice breakfast. Clean hotel.

Stay was average, bathtub in king suite was uncomfortable. Small pool, great breakfast!

Always a nice clean hotel and rooms, have stayed here a few times and it's very convenient. Staff here are always friendly

I had to run out late in the evening and when I returned there was no parking available. I was advised to park behind the property in another lot. The area wasn't poorly plowed and resulted in my walking back to the hotel downhill on a snowy slippery sidewalk in the dark wearing dark clothing. I was concerned walking back for my safety with traffic and the dark unlit walking path back to the hotel. The parking lot was not cleared of snow, the sidewalks were not clear and I slipped exiting the side door on ice.

Always a good place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff, i would recommend if u like the convenience to shopping n dining options.

This hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. The clerk that checked us in was very nice and friendly.

We would like to say the staff was very outstanding. They catered to our needs when we were in a bind due to car problems after we checked out. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back.
