If I could give the staff 6 stars I would! Every single person we interacted with was so helpful, cheerful and professional! From the front desk, cleaning staff, and the restaurant staff, they made our stay during a difficult time, a positive one.

Sadly, the hotel is dated. toilet kept refilling every 15mins , HVAC unit sounded like a jet engine while running and the whole room was damp. There was a mold problem I am certain of in the room as well. The hotel used to be great, not so much now. There are better newer hotels all within 1 to 2 km from the Watertower for the same price. I will be booking myself and other |i travel with at these other hotels in the future Also, customer service at the front desk is sadly needed.

This used to be my favorite hotel when I went back to my home town. A year ago I stayed there and it was looking rough. The indoor hot tub was no longer working and the outside hot tub was working but the waterfall and creek that ran beside hot tub is no longer functioning. They have let shrubs and flowers that used to line creek get out of control. It looks horrible. Stayed there again last week and nothing is fixed. It smells musty in hall and room. Be careful of extra charges. I booked through Expedia and got a pet friendly room and paid more for a pet friendly room. This is normal and thought the price on Expedia is all in. WRONG! They charged me another $33 dollars on top when I got to hotel. The pub downstairs used to be good as well, often having bands on Thursday nights. Not anymore. I went down for a beer at 9:30 and she told me it was almost last call and they close at 10! Found out it is new owners and I guess they are just letting this place fall apart. What a shame! The Quattro down the street is newly renovated and very nice, but unfortunately not pet friendly.

I booked my hotel room through Expedia. I was told that free breakfast wasn’t available to me because I hadn’t booked directly with Best Western. This was upsetting. I had dinner at hotel restaurant in the evening. The staff in the dining room were very good. Overall the hotel looked worn. Carpeting in the hallway of my floor was dirty, wrinkled, and in some places missing. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and my room was quiet.

Bennie at the front desk was an absolute angel! The hotel, Starbucks in the lobby, pool and live music was chefs kiss!

Had to pay for breakfast due to not receiving buffet vouchers because we booked our stays through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. The breakfast was deliciously satisfying but very expensive. The pools were nice but they should invest in fixing the indoor hot tub. It’s all starting to look and feel very dated and run down.

Indoor hot tub was under maintenance. Outdoor hot tub was good, but the waterfall had green stagnant water in it. We rented a large suite and it was very worn down for the price. Wall paper was peeling, rips in the couches, etc. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable but overall mediocre.

Carpet in the hall on the third floor was loose, making it difficult to wheel a suitcase. Beds are firm - good for me, not so much my daughter who prefers softer bed. Also sad that the indoor hot tub still isn’t repaired. We did like having the restaurant right there. Over all an enjoyable stay and will use them again.

I’ve been going to this hotel for over 30 years. It’s in need of an update but it’s well run and the staff is great. The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for a family. The pool is clean and fun for the kids. The restaurant has good food and the nighttime entertainment is next level!

Would recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean and the restaurant on site had great food and the staff was great! The pool and outdoor hot tub were also great.

We paid extra for a whirlpool tub- didn’t work Pool area & hotel In general haven’t been updated in years. Ice machines didn’t work on 2,3 floor so only one for whole hotel. Electric chargers for cars didn’t work. Towels in room were dirty.

King size bed was actually a double size, room was small & the hot tub was out of service. This place is dated.

Elevator very slow.. lol. Carpets need to go.. I’m thinking a new uplift in floors and decor is needed. The 2 pools were great for kids and clean. We enjoyed our time but halls and rooms need a facelift.
