The hotel was mostly clean but definitely outdated. I did find hair on the shampoo bottle, which was unpleasant. The elevator needs attention, it felt bouncy and the button lights didn’t work, making it hard to tell if it was responding. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but other guests spoke highly of it. The best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful customer service. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was 5+! However the area surrounding the hotel was isolated and abandoned. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful, there was security at night with bright lighting in the parking light. The breakfast was warm, delicious and the dining area clean and well stocked. Check in and check out was very quick and the staff friendly and helpful. The proximity to I-35 was very convenient. It was just the area around the hotel that was lacking. We would stay there again for the convenience, value, and favorable experience.

The hotel was very clean as well as the room! They had great breakfasts and I liked that they started breakfast at 6am as I had to travel a little distance during my stay and it was nice to be able to eat before starting my day. Thank you!

Near a highway but the noise was barely noticeable. Free breakfast and parking. Friendly staff.

Hot breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and up to date.

Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. Room was clean and decently sized. King sized bed was rather comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The elevator was the worst part. It was a little shaky and slow to open.

My trip when booked is free parking. But they charge me. When booked, it is lower, but the hotel charges me more. They get down my address with Nevada and charge me tourism fee,

This property met all of our needs while we were in Austin. It was conveniently located near our event, the room was clean, the bed was soft, and there was plenty of parking.
