Everything was great only issue was that the walls were too thin could hear my neighbors easily and im sure they could hear me .

The hotel needs an update. I think the rooms are very spacious, except it was too loud. You can hear people going in and out of their rooms and using the bathroom. Our TV in the bedroom did not work. The towels were old and non absorbent. Most of the furniture is damaged. Part of the hotel is open to the outside so the elements have done a number on the hallways and infrastructure. The parking was spacious and free which is nice. Check in was okay, the front desk staff are not super friendly. The housekeeping staff was good. The only upside was breakfast. We loved Melinda, she is amazing and so friendly!

I had booked an allergy room here for $250. Allergy room means there was an air purifier in the room. Within 6 hours, after midnight the same room was being offered via the hotel for $110. I couldn’t cancel my room by then. Bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows. You could hear people noise outside my window. Probably would not stay here again

the pool was cold. The room rugs are old

John at front not welcoming at all, barked orders. Room and hotel severely tired to the point they should not be open. Perling psint, cracked bathroom, old pool and spa, room smells like must, crude in the drains, no toilet paper replacement, and that’s just off the top of my head. Yuck!

The rooms need a desperate make over furniture was in poor shape. Needed a coat of paint and the rm smelled like mold and the patio was beat up.

This is very nice property but the fact that it is lacking a full-time Restaurant was a bit challenging. The breakfast is nice and I appreciated the glass of wine at night but at the this price point there needs to be a full service Restaurant – not an expensive one next-door. I appreciated the wooded environment and pond in the middle… That made for a nice tranquil atmosphere outside. I will probably look for a different property next time that has more services.

So so stay. Staff were not rude but not friendly. Room was not the cleanest.
