Good service. Clearly some a/c maintenance and roof leak issues.

It was very quiet and relaxing and clean

Shuttle guy got near hotel and said “I’m not dropping you off! You didn’t call me.” I DID call the hotel and request shuttle. The shuttle served 6 hotels but he said I wouldn’t be dropped off bc I didn’t call him. Everyone on shuttle started saying “what? Drop her off! What’s wrong with you?” So he did. Room smelled very bad like cat urine. No food there except chips so they told me to walk 11 minutes to Sheraton. 11 pm, on the highway no sidewalk like Forensic Files! So bad.

Clean rooms, great customer service, and a great breakfast made this my favorite place to stay!

We booked a night to be near the airport, the staff and check in were nice and friendly. The rooms were so spacious. Set up like an apartment. There were 5 comfortably. Would book again. The rooms were clean beds comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The lady was working the evening of the 12 was very rude

We took the airport shuttle when we got back in. It took one hour to get picked up. When I called to check on the van the lady working was so rude and hung up on me. We will never stay there sgain

Clean, quick, and convenient to the airport. Room was clean and huge!

Had to go to multiple rooms because they kept giving us a dirty one. Then the fire alarm went off for about an hour at about midnight and we were told it's a false alarm, go back to your room. Kinda hard to sleep with a fire alarm blaring. The staff gave no answers to everyone in the lobby and when I went to ask they looked at me like I was dumb, and was like can we help you with something. I was like uh you tell me.

It was ok.

Only thing wrong was that y’all needed bottled waters in the room. Everything else was excellent.

Great location and airport parking is great .

Every morning I woke up I had new bugs to kill in the bathroom. Not my favorite start to the morning. Outdated and not well cleaned or maintained. The rooms were also so humid even with the AC running the carpets felt damp the entire time. I’m from Florida so I understand humidity but this was something on another level. I had to wait over an hour to be picked up via their shuttle service and call multiple times to ensure they were coming. On my initial phone call I was told I’d be picked up in about 15-20 mins. After an already long day of travel this was very frustrating. Once picked up the shuttle driver couldn’t locate another guest and kept driving around the terminals only to discover the guest was already in the shuttle.
