The hotel was over booked I was placed into a room where The door didnt lock with the key card. Had tape on the door had to call downstairs and get a special key that only locked the door partially and not with the key card. The remote was missing from the room and the room looked like it wasnt used in months. The refused to switch my room and offered no help to best accommodate me. I book often with expedia and this was truly unexpectable

Very dirty and shower opens while taking bath and water comes out of shower area. Couldn’t stay more than one night even though I have booked for three nights

Hotel failed to honor the prepaid breakfast that I purchased from Expedia. There was no fridge in the room and the room was dingy

Hotel, was rundown, bedroom smelled like paint, beds where small full size no queen size beds available in any room I was told by front desk, no fridge in room either, Front desk had limited Employees to attend and greet guests, Nowhere to eat, the breakfast cafe they had served cold bagels. I ordered cofee for 2 and some additional complimentary stuff and they had no trays to carry anything, elevators did not work either, no bell boy service as well, for a name like Hilton I give it 2 stars, they have some major rehauling To do at this Hilton.

For a Hilton Hotel like that it needs to be updates rooms, walk way, appliances Esc……good place tho

There was a women that worked at the front desk that checked me in. She was so sweet and nice, it was refreshing to meet someone like her. I wish I knew her name...

Hotel was nice. Didn’t like the fact to pay 18 dollars to park. Also the “Starbucks “ in lobby is a joke. 21 for 3 small drinks. They were not good. Restaurant was decent. But lack of help. Maid walked in without knocking at 9am. Totally unexpected. Check out is 11. So not sure why anyone would walk in.

They have someone my room number and they came banging on my door at 4 am! That isn't professional at all. This person came harassing me

I was very shocked the room had no mini fridge. Almost every hotel now days has a mini fridge. Also the beds were a little worn down, time for some new mattresses.

The bathroom was dirty and the rug coming out of the bathroom was wet. It was gross, we had to keep putting towels on its to help soak up the wetness. Didn't work.
