Family friendly quiet environment. Breakfast was really good with great variety. Excellent customer service. Great place if traveling on a budget

Wish the shower had a hand held shower head.

Room was clean however had a bad odor that never went away, the breakfast attendant was rude and racist she went to restock the food items when doing so she blocked my wife from serving herself to call some people that were sitting down of her race to come get food she went to the extent to even serve them on their plates, won’t be returning there

Did not know the deposit was so high, this was not disclosed thru expedia nor the hotel. Never received refund or negotiable stay. This is why one star and stuck paying for a hotel I never even stayed at.

Pool was heated. Just because I had a late check in they put me in a ADA room. I called ahead and let them know. No houskeeping on the weekends is terrible.
