Expedia cancelled my room according to the Hotel. Even after we dropped our bags off there in the morning

Not really clean, rather good service though. Nothing fancy here.

Rooms are clean and up to date. Pool was nice as well. Room air conditioner had difficulty keeping room cool.

This has got to be one of the worst if not the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in all of my travels and I always try to hesitate giving a review this horrible, but in this case it had to be said. Perhaps management will see it and do things to rectify it.

My daughter slipped and fell in the bathtub. They did not have a anti slip mat. There was no exhaust vent in the bathroom. Plus, the knob for the faucet was screwed on tight, so it was hard to operate. The mattresses were also really uncomfortable.

We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were, and the pool/hot tub were very nice. It was unfortunate that the hotel did not have an on-demand movie service, so all that was on tv was what cable was playing. We also would have liked the pool hours to be a bit later. Hours are from 8am to 9pm, and we wished the pool closed at 10pm instead.

The only concern is that I didn’t get my invoice neither from hotel nor from Expedia. Expedia is saying as you have paid in hotel, they will give you the Reciept and hotel said that you did the booking from Expedia so Expedia will give you the invoice. That’s the ennoying thing which happened with me

Breakfast is for an additional fee: minimal parking, staff incompetent and in no way flexible to fatigued patrons, building does not seem secure and constant smoking around building

Our room was great and the staff was helpful but the restaurant needs more staff. With 5 tables occupied (out of 40) we waited 10 minutes for a table and the staleaks were way overcooked. The second time they came out they were better and the waiter Comped our drinks (juice and tea). All in all it was a pleasant experience but nothing spectacular

Hotel smells like smoke. Hotel is renovated but certainly not to a modern era, over priced for what it is and the area is incredibly unsafe feeling to pay that much

Clean room. Too beat to utilize the amenities. Staff friendly.

Check in took well over 40 minutes, one of the front staff played on her phone while the other guy checked in 20 people.

Would like to see room service and gluten free options in the restraunt.

Renovations were in progress, but did not hamper my stay. Once I got used to using my keycard to access my floors, it went smoothly.

Rooms were clean and staff was very efficient, professional & helpful

Room was clean however it’s definitely not in a great area of town. Staff didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs, or their lives for that matter. On the second night there must have been a wildfire evacuation and there were tons of people in the lobby/outside in the parking lot etc. staff didn’t really seem to have e any control over the situation and the crowd of people

I think the pool and restaurant should be opened later than 9 pm. we staying at a hotel in calgary and the pool was open till 11.
