Slept horribly due to an atrocious AC that stuttered and started and stopped endlessly all night long. We should get a refund for how terrible it was

Sink and shower flood. Blankets had stains. Stickers with clothing size stick to wall as if left by another guest. Beds uncomfortable.

The room was nicely renovated but I think having some blinds on the window would help darken the room for sleeping. Also, the bathtub should be refurbished or replaced. The floors were really nice. Great not having carpet. The fridge in our room was more like a freezer because it froze our bottles of water that we had in there. Nothing too major and we would certainly stay here again.

Disappointed by Pool and Cleanliness Issues – Wouldn’t Return I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor pool, but unfortunately the pool was unusable during my entire 3-night stay—it was green and clearly not being maintained. That was a big letdown, as having access to a pool was a major reason I chose this property. There were several other issues throughout the stay. The trash bins outside and in the lobby by the vending machines were overflowing the entire time. By the time I checked out on the 4th day, the lobby trash was so full you couldn’t even add anything else. The ice machine was also leaking water across the floor, creating a potential slipping hazard. On a more positive note, breakfast was decent and had a few hot options. I just wish they had included some fresh fruit like apples, oranges, or bananas for a healthier option. Overall, the hotel needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. I don’t see myself returning unless significant improvements are made.

The rooms are clean and they have excellent support staff. Very helpful and always saying hello when you meet.

Updated the hotel and everything is nice. Front staff girl was extremely helpful.

Breakfast sucks!! It’s the same menu everyday- tasteless eggs, egg whites and sausages.

Super bright rooms. Couldn't sleep well because it was so bright. Feces stain on the toilet.

I seen a lot of mix reviews, stay wasn’t bad… the beds were super comfy but the old cigarette smell in the lobby threw me off a little because the place was newly remodeled. Staff were very helpful and sweet including the lady in the breakfast area! Nice hotel on the cheaper side of things. I will say the sink outside of the bathroom not great, and the shower head was super low… had to crouch to get under the stream and I’m 5’7. Beds also are not kid friendly I had our 3 year old with us….way too high up but like I said still really comfy.

Everything was great. Only complaint I have is that the pool was freezing and that the dryer didnt work very well. Overall stay based on friendliness of staff, breakfast options Id give this hotel 8/10. We will be back.

It was amazing

The staff Amy was so helpful with my questions. She was friendly and very personable. The checkout staff was as equally genuine
