Beautiful property I expect nothing less from the Ritz

Excellent customer service

The Edge could not seat us despite being in a suite for over 5 nights. That’s simply unacceptable. Otherwise hotel is very nice.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the lobby and common areas have been refreshed. State Fare restaurant was great. Our room was smaller than expected for the price and needed updating. Mattress was too short for our bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day. When I reported it, hotel staff said there was nothing they could do about it. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay there again.

This property is in a private beautiful setting a top a mountain with panoramic views. While its well maintained, it could use an overall update to the decor. I noticed the modern touches that have been added and even some of the dining rooms that have been fully updated. However, botox decor is no longer enough, it's time for the full facelift. Speaking of facelifts, the crowd there is OLD but looks RICH. As for food, the dinner and service were great but the food and service at breakfast...not so much. The live music in the bar and casual restaurant area was excellent, so good, I thought it was Memorex (speaking of old). I also loved just how quickly and efficiently the valet service was. It was cold so getting your car quickly was a big plus.

The customer service was excellent and my room was always clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be coming again and again.

The hotel was fine, just not the caliber of what I would normally expect from a Ritz Carlton. The property was on the older side with little or no wow factor. I would say it was just okay, maybe even overpriced.

Terrible service. People standing around. Having to always find a waiter to ask for water. Service was not what it should be. Definitely has gone down since last visit last September
