Normally stay from UK 3 times a year. Yes it’s an older hotel than the many that are still being built in the area but an ideal place to stay. Very near to bus stops,water taxi and supermarket.

Rooms are not advertised the correct way for example our room was a balcony city view, but there was a big palm tree in the middle of the balcony. Probably got that room because I got it on Expedia living room TV did not work kept on saying weak signal. chairs in room are rundown. Anywhere you go outside your room charge money for an example. If you sit outside, they want you to purchase a beverage from the bar very little smoke area.

HOTEL!!!!!!!! The biggest upsetting part of our wedding weekend !!!!! Hotel didn’t have AC for the entire stay. They were lieing that it would be fixed every day. We were there Thursday-Sunday. It was 80 degrees in the room. We couldn’t sleep. Wedding make up was sliding down my face. Guests were complaining, they couldn’t even get ready, cause in some of the rooms the temperature was 95 degrees. My husband and one other guest had CPAP devices, they couldn’t use it because of the hot air in the room at night. One guest had asthma, he couldn’t breathe. Heart patients couldn’t stay there. It was dangerous. We requested a fan, manager Max was very rude and he disappeared when we started complaining and questioning them about AC. Air filter was so clogged and dirty, we requested to change it-the guy came, changed it, but it didn’t help, the whole system in the building was broken. We lost a couple of guests due to this extremely bad hotel service. They doubled booked my sisters room and someone walked in and open the door of their room. The worst experience ever. Sad.

The lobby is very nice and updated, the rooms are not. I had to switch rooms 3 times before I felt like it was okay enough- the other rooms were not only dirty (seems like a lot of in and out traffic) but run down. Some of the staff were really great, but others were horrible and unaccomodating

Checked in May 3rd-7th. There was no AC until late in the evening on the 4th. Asked for a fan, they had none. Our balcony was the least hottest spot to sit however we only had one chair between the four of us so we took turns sitting while trying to escape the heat of the hotel. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping on two separate days but, we did NOT receive services our whole stay. Also, the cable was horrible. I thought it was due to the weather (rain, clouds an windy conditions off an on) but on the 6th our only day of clear skies an sunshine the cable was still not working. My family an I travel to Florida multiple times each year, this particular time was a girls trip and my sister's first time in Fort Lauderdale. She was very disappointed as we all we're. I've never experienced so many wrong things during one stay.

Property had no air conditioning the entire 4 nights of our stay. The WHOLE building. The electricity was not out just the A/C. 80deg in room at night with doors open and loud noises from road all night. Absolutely horrible -No fans, not notified upon check in, Blamed it on power problem when all others in the area seemed to be just fine. We stay here often, but will be our last.

stayed at your hotel from April 29 to May 4, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues throughout the stay. Day 2: There was a power outage from 10 PM to 8 AM, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable overnight. It was difficult to rest properly under these conditions. Day 3: I got stuck in the elevator, and it took quite a while before anyone arrived to assist. This caused a lot of anxiety, especially since I’m claustrophobic. Later that morning, I called the front desk to request coffee and creamer. I was told it was too early and to come downstairs. However, when I did, the front desk staff said they would send it to my room—this lack of clear communication was frustrating. Day 4: The air conditioning stopped working from 3 PM until 9 AM the next morning. Again, the room became uncomfortably hot, adding more stress to an already difficult stay. While I was offered a $100 credit, I feel that it was not enough given the number of problems and the discomfort I experienced. A refund would have been more appropriate considering the inconvenience and aggravation. I hope management seriously considers this feedback to improve the experience for future guests.

The area was nice lobby beautiful but the rooms terrible…the AC did not work room was at 86 all night the bedroom window did not open and when notified front desk it was nothing they could do could not change rooms because of no others available

Check in process was slow stood at the counter for over 30 minutes not with an explanation of what this issue was. Also got cut at the pool by sharp object waiting to see if/what else happens no one offered anything to appease the customer or come and apologize or make sure I was ok besides adding a bandaid and cleaning with peroxide

They put us next to the highway. Hot tube never worked. The cost of a drink was crazy expensive. AC in the room super loud. you had no choice but to valet your car for 55 $ a day definitely NOT going back there again
