The room i reserved though EXPEDIA.COM WAS SO NASTY A AND DISGUSTING THAT THIS ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFF OF THE RENTAL LIST UNTIL PROBLEMS WERE COMPLETELY FIXED. NOW PROBLEM CONSISTS OF BED BUGS AIR CONDITIONING DIRTY NEEDS TO BE CLEAN THE PHONE LINE THAT'S IN THE ROOM IS HOOKED UP BUT DON'T WORK BED BUGS ON BOTH MATTRESSES PICTURES BELOW SHOW THIS PRESENTATION OF RED ROOF INN AND EXPEDIA IS DEFINITELY DISCOURAGING AND WOULD NOT PROBABLY REFER OR RENT OR RESERVE A ROOM TO THEM THE NEXT TIME I WILL HAVE MY DOUBTS REQUESTED A REFUND STILL PENDING WAITING ON AN ANSWER FROM EXPEDIA.COM I RENTED THIS ROOM 260 ON WEST FORT WORTH AND I'M VERY DISCOURAGED I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM NOBODY

No working shower or toilet . Room dirty bug infested no microwave.poor customer service

Our room was clean, and all appliances are working properly. However, there was a towel that still smelled like cigarettes, soaps were open, and I had a bug bite the next day on my leg. Overall, it’s okay for our 1 night stay to unwind after a long drive. Mcdonald’s is at a walking distance which was convenient. We will only stay here again if there was better choice.

My room was facing east. I work nights and sleep during the day. The sun shines right through the curtains making it hard to sleep. Birds made a lot noise

The room is NOT like the photos! Room smelled like marijuana, comforters were old, dingy and had burn holes all over them, no towels had to go back to office because they don’t answer their phone, to request better linens and towels. I’m disabled and they didn’t have the requested 1st floor available so had to do stairs and a long walkway to get to room. Didn’t go out at dark it’s unsafe!

Got a two bed smoking room,when i paid on Expedia for one bed non smoking, fridge didn't work

My room was facing east, room was very bright even when curtains were closed. I worked nights and tried to sleep during the day. People would hang out and sit on the stairs and refused to move out if your way even when i carried luggage. Dinning areas near

Wouldn’t recommend

Nice location. Family owned and operated and they cater to many of your needs. They were very polite and respectful and made me feel like I was at home. This is probably the safest spot in the area and the rooms are cleaned and appear to be newly remodeled. Never seen a bug like surrounding hotels. Customer service was top notch and anytime I am in this area this will be my home no questions asked
