The toilet seat had pee on it when I arrived inside my room, the carpets were dirty. I would not recommend this place at all. The pictures are deceiving from what is actually reality.

Rooms could use some updating but i sleep just fine.

Close to airport. Nothing fancy about place but was quiet and easy check in and out.

The place had seen better days. The rugs, beds and the furniture was old. The maintenance did their best on keeping the sheets clean, but they were full of stains. Definitely not staying there for a second time.

I made a reservation for this hotel on Expedia and they would not let me check in for 30 minutes as they had no record of my reservation…what?? Meanwhile, after waiting for the initial 10 minutes I received an email with the subject line: “How is your Check-in Going?” Unbelievable. You cannot really make this up.

Close to bus service. Nearest metro station was 1 mile away. Fairly convenient area. The room had a bad odor.

All Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is close to all major attractions in Washington DC. The room could use better maintenance; the carpet was stained, and there was an odd smell when I walked in. I could hear TV noise from neighboring rooms during the night.

The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The disappointment is our room. I booked non smoking room but actually smelled! The beds are not

Most disgusting lodging I've ever seen! Checked in, no elevator. Have to use the stairs! Bed was made up but sheets were not changed! 15 minutes later, I'm out! Than getting a refund from this place was very difficult because Hotels.com could not make contact with front desk. They hardly ever answer the phone. Front Desk staff super unprofessional! Can't believe this room is actually rentable!
