Private beach area was very nice. Pool and hot tub nice. Needs more shaded areas..

Property is amazing, along with the staff. Clean rooms, close to shops and restaurants.

Super run down and falling apart. The smell of weed and smoke was so strong and penetrated from the carpets and walls. Everything was old. The wall unit air conditioners kept me up all night long. The shower head was barely a trickle. The kitchenette and the tub had a lot of rust. The parking lot was practically impossible to park in, so crowded and small. The staff was nice and check in and out was simple. For one $200 night stay in this area, it was tolerable. I would not like to stay there longer.

The location was great. Nice pool and beach area. Hotel was ok. Needs updating.

Very old. Beach was very small and when we checked in qe were originally checked into a room that was occupied. Front desk made it right but made us feel u comfortable the whole night.

Overall value is very good! The room was very clean and it's very accommodating to have a balcony and kitchenette in each room. Private beach and pool is lovely. Hotel is hop skip and jump to everything that Clearwater has to offer so you don't need to spend over the top in a hotel. Our room was very quiet. Friendly staff and the desk had far better coffee than the room is provided with.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 days we spent at Gulfview Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and several tiki bars and food near by. Only downside, the fan in the bathroom was quite noisy. Would definitely stay there again!

It seems like they just carpeted over the wet areas because it smells like mold. You weren't allowed to take the chairs to the beach because apparently other people don't bring them back according to the custodian.

This hotel was perfect for what I was looking for. Private beach, pool, hot tub. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Great private beach besides pool and hot tub. Great location. The parking is challenging! spaces made for very compact cars and most people arrive in SUV's!

Great outdoor pool deck and loungers right on their private beach. Next door to other great hotel resorts, you can walk to and order drinks or water activity rentals. Walking distance to everything, with convient stores/shops across the street. Very nice mini golf course across the street. Very convient location for the price. It is an older hotel (old Econo Lodge) so elevator is slow, rooms have been updated but will show their age in some aspects. Overall a great place to stay on a budget.

Place was quiet. Just needed another elevator or a quicker one. Also, need a few more shaded areas, whether by the pool or on the beach. I would stay here again if they got at least more shaded areas. Otherwise I recommend it.
