It met all my expectations

Great hotel

The beach area could be more accommodating to guest. It appears your invitation was different (beach available to hotel guest) then these guys doing wind surfing. Me and my daughter took an hour to enjoy then these wind surfing guys appeared angry

A lot smaller than expected, entire building needs a much deeper clean. The water fountain to refill water jugs was full of dust, webs, and dead flies. The “beach” is a nice scenic view but that’s it. Please note, there’s NO POOL. A lot of people thought there was a pool, NOPE. The gym is a small bedroom size with like 4 machines. Hallways and elevators have a bad smell. It says it’s a non smoking facility and yet the front desk worker was vaping in the office area (with open doors). Staff was nice, the breakfast is pretty good, not a terribly awful stay, but definitely needs some work. Hence my 3-star rating.

I was unaware of the 25$ fee I also asked for a channel list they told me there was not one and he doesn't know because he doesn't watch the tv himself there was no direct number or instructions to contact the front desk the side door was broken and wood in the back near the bay was broken and on my way out I couldn't hear what the man was asking for and he ripped the room card out of my hand

Air conditioning in the room did not work, only the fan. The lobby was also quite warm but attributed that to the door being open often. The beach was very close & that was nice but was full of weeds.

My AC stopped working and staff acted quick and fixed it right away

The back of the property has a beautiful bay view. So relaxing to see the bay while we’re having breakfast which is very well prepared. The gentleman receptionist was so accommodating with much needs of ours. It has a lot of available parking spaces

Staff didn't seem to care. Breakfast area very small for a relatively large hotel with a poor selection and limited amounts of food at the complimentary breakfast. Didn't clean the room or exchange towels between our 2 days there. Window shade controls difficult and sunscreen on window ripped. Private beach was a 4 foot strip of weedy sand on a brackish lagoon.

Serves the purpose

If you need a cheap hotel room that’s clean and within minutes from AC, this is the place to go!

Property was clean and view was beautiful.

Staff were friendly. Our shower had hair on the walls from the last occupant. One of the pillows had perhaps been sprayed with fragrance to make the room more inviting but it was overpowering. Breakfast was disappointing. Everything was overcooked and staff couldn’t keep the items filled resulting in lines of people waiting to eat.

Rooms were refreshed. Breakfast was provided. No pool but there is access to the bay.

Holiday Inn express was great. It was clean and had a nice continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
