Excellent. High standard. The room is really comfortable. Nice view. Easy to access the subway.

It was inconvenient for me as I was traveling with my child and didn't know the lounge was open until 5pm. There were no pajamas or smartphone chargers in the room, so I had to bring them from the front desk.

Staff are accommodating. Convenient store just next door. Airport bus stop just in front of the hotel. Great stay!

The hotel has big Lobby and spacious bed room (3 beds), just walking distance from downtown train station, also near by the science museum and the castle, (walking distance 10-15 minutes), in front of hotel, there is a garden, nice to see from our bedroom. Sure, we will stay back there if have chance to visit Nagoya again....
