Price and size of room was good, but the hotel standard was not good for Radisson Blu! Late night an unknown man opened our door with a keycard and said he got the same room - we called reception, but they did nothing and did not contact us to apologize. We slept really bad and were scared people would get into our room during the night. Next morning I informed the reception and all they said was they were sorry and would investigate internally what happened. I hope they do, as I would not wish this experience on any future guests!

Great hotel in a very good location. Walkable distance from the station and city centre

Very spacious family room and very close to the Central Station. Easy walk and bus access to visit the local sights.

Close to the train station, supermarket next door and the room was huge. Would recommend this hotel and happily stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

nothing was uniqe and suite was to warm to stay and AC did not work, was moved to a family room but not what I expected , staff was helpful but think its strange that AC do not work on a junior suite. The suite was not clean eder.

Good location, large rooms

The hotel was good. Unfortunately bar service wasn’t they need promptly restock their alcohol bottles otherwise they can’t serve half of their menu.

Good customer service from management, especially the Front of House Staff Member Sithara.

The lobby is nice but the rooms are outdated and different than the online photos. This hotel does not have air conditioning and should be noted prior to arrival, housekeeping skipped cleaning our room several times. Besides the standard Swedish breakfast that most guest note in the reviews. I would not recommend this hotel for a family on vacation.

Its an okay hotel but not very premium considering the brand. The price is admittedly reflective of that. Rooms were far to hot.

Excellent hotel. Five stars

Good: fast elevators. Friendly reception. Big rooms. Bad: 15 minute cobblestone walk from train station - not “6!”- look on a map yourself. Room safe DOA: Had to carry around valuables all day vs leave in room. Said they’d “replace the safe” tomorrow. Never did. House keeping didn’t clean until I went downstairs and physically asked front desk to actually clean room(4PM!). No USB ports (though front desk lent me an adapter). Shower has almost no pressure. Water falls on floor. Bathtub does not stay full(cap never sealed). Empty body wash bottle- house cleaning never filled it to begin with. No luggage rack- had to put luggage on floor. No couch. Bed feels like futon. Sauna didn’t seem to work. Someone tracked dog waste or similar into 1 elevator. I get the feeling the owners of this effectively motel don’t want to spend the money on CapEx and underpay staff - they just want to ride it out based on location. Nice way to treat a Expedia VIP. AVOID - Raddison blu indeed.

Extremely large and comfortable room

We stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect location to the train and the city

Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms bit outdated but has everything you need. Location is perfect close to everything.
