Nice property. Great tv. Many dining options

Pool was out of order for the 2 days we were there which was a huge disappointment. Elevator door was not working properly. They couldn't figure out how to get the bright red light on the phone to stop blinking so had to cover it with a towel. Bar area was nice, room was nice and having an EV charger was great. Also Wendy's and Taco Bell right across the parking lot was convenient.

The location for us was great close to everything. The lobby area and amenities were great and well kept. Rooms need to be better cleaned and kept up with as well as upgraded.

Conveniently located and pleasant staff, but the TV and phones didn't work, and the shower handle was obnoxiously hard to use (staff said this was a frequent complaint)

Check in was easy and front desk clerk was very friendly

The gentleman at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful. He booked me an airport shuttle at the ungodly hour of 4:40, and then later came up to my room to help me with the shower knob.

Check in went very well. Brice was mannerly and very helpful

We had a really nice stay! Our only complaint was the pool was closed! My granddaughter was so upset but the gentleman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful, he brought her a kit kat bar and made it all better! I didn’t catch his name but he worked nights. Thank you for being so kind to us!! We actually ended up staying an extra night, and will definitely be back soon😊

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was very uncleanly. The drapes in the room were filthy and our shower did not work.

Everything was great, but there was no trash cans in my room and no ice in ice machine on my floor

My toilet leaked everytime I flushed it. No access to internet. Same breakfast serviced my whole stay. Staff making comments like”oh no” as I’m walking up to again asking about the property.

Needs updated …… rooms were rough in condition

No water; could not shower. Bathroom is so dark that I could not do my make up or blow dry my hair. Some outlets don't work. Internet in lobby does not work. Save your money. Management did not care about my "issues" or lack of shower for two days.
