Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Breakfast was terrible. No cereal or toast options which was disappointing. Parking was terrible.

This is a beautiful building and rooms are a nice size bit my husband hurt his leg on the metal bedframe as there was a nasty piece sticking out in room 109. Also carpets need replacing and someone needs to look at the water situation in showers as it is impossible to keep a consistent water temperature as it fluctuates right from freezing to boiling. Beds sink to the middle as well.

The building was amazing , staff was Awesome, The old pub was fun,. But after midnight until 9:00 am , ti to rough to go out and smoke..

If you like an historical property with a lot of character plus don't mind having a lively and noisy pib next door, this is the place for you. But for seniors like us, it was not suitable. The included breakfast consisted of apples, oranges, yogurt and muffins. But it was served in a quaint wine bar. There were drunk people outside the hotel, making us nervous about being in the area. The room was nothing fancy but was comfortable enough. Parking is a challenge in the area. I liked seeing the history in the property, but i would never stay there again.

The rooms are a good size. You could feel the bed move a lot. The water would go cold during the shower. I would recommend this place.

Staff was not attentive, saw us at the door but didn't come over to open it for us. Another staff member came to open door. Very noisy, heard very loud drilling sound close to 10 p.m.; in the middle of the night we were woken up by loud foot steps and stomping outside the door and from upstairs. Whenever we call the front desk it took a long time for them to answer the phone. We couldn't find coffee cups at breakfast place, no utensils available either.

Beautiful 100 year old hotel. Staff were friendly and check in process was easy! Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the area and the pub attached to the hotel!

The property is located in the heart of downtown, almost everything is within walking distance. The hotel is wonderful

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable, and staff friendly would stay at this Hotel in the future.

The experience was great other than I noticed on the bed under sheet protector... there was some dark spots visible and I pulled back the sheet to find dark red small splatters of blood on the mattress.

Grand classy olld Hotel. Will stay again. Inside the hotels is Flanagans, an excellent steakhouse . The atrached pub had live music on a thursday night. Lots of other places to eat in the area
