All staff we’re amazing!! Had such an amazing time with my family. The restaurant on site is delicious. The only thing that would be helpful to let us know is that now you need a $137 dollar deposit. I was charged this in my account 2 hours before i even arrived to the hotel i had to call Araiza and ask why, i was explained that it would go back to my account in 72 hours. But other than that everything was amazing.

It’s really pretty, and their breakfast is amazing.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff all around were great. Even though we didn't use the pool because weather wasn't warm, the pool looked clean and inviting.

AC did not work, tech went to our room at 2am to fix the AC. Pool is in bad condition and dirty.

Staff was vertmy helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

More than anything we were impressed with the excellent service.

Everything was great. Only thing to complain about is remote for tv was not working good. Always stay here when in Mexicali. Buffet is insane and delicious!

my time in the restaurant was a bad service in part of the waiter.

The staff kept on harrassing me about wristbands for the pool area. They need to ease off about that. I dont need to verify my stay eveytime they see me and my family about the wrist bands. 2nd issue. The hotel shut down their electricity. Suffered hot rooms, no television, radio, hot refrigerator, no air conditioning. I always stay here but this time was different thank other stays.

The hotel receptionist was not friendly at all. She misplaced our identification cards and was angry throughout the whole registering process. Not very hospitable!!

First time in Mexicali. Loved this hotel. The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and so attentive. The hotel is nice and comfortable. Located central to anything necessary...food options, boutiques, walmart, coffee shops... Starbucks just outside if you're still into that sort of thing... I would reccomend a locally owned coffee shop... there are so many! But I digress... The breakfast buffet in the hotel is sooo good. Worth every penny. And bring tips! The servers deserve them.

For one when I checked into the room it smelled like sewer, also that same room had music coming through the walls like that was a hole in the wall. I had to change rooms and that room was okay. The other thing is there was a special going on for these rooms at $79 through the month of April and Expedia did not acknowledge that. I think if there was a special going on I should have gotten that special as well. But no I ended up paying $190 for my room.
