Out side property could use some work.

it was an overnight business trip. I got there later in the evening. Front desk was very helpful, but I had to come back down for a TV clicker and to talk about heat and air conditioning was on. I turned it off.

Upon arrival the hotel looked nothing like online. It was very outdated and not really clean. The lobby had a musky smell and the room was dirty with old toe nail clippings and pee stained sheets. I let the front desk know the next morning and they didn’t seem to care much or looked surprised. Later we came back to the room to find the floor was cleaned but still had the per e stained sheets on one of the two beds. Room nose was obnoxious between people slamming doors until 3am and the road noise and water running from the other rooms. The only two things that stood out were the gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and seemed like he cared unlike the staff the next morning and it was in the location we needed a hotel to be in. We will not be staying there again though very disappointed overall.

Well the room was not clean. I attached pictures. Also the pool was broken and that was the main reason for visit, heated pool The coffee creamer was curdled. We left early as it was unpleasant

Asked for quiet room. Room given faces noisy road. Staff very friendly and tried to be very helpful. Carpets have multiple stains.

Nice and clean. Good hot breakfast including bacon. Didn’t go in, but there is an outdoor heated pool.

To begin Kudos to Scott your night manager. He was very polite, helpful and good sense of humor. The room 306 was assigned to us because we know for facts that many hotels that used to be motel previously, has some infestation in the main floor. I am not saying this is your facility, but in Butte had. He was very kind to move us from first floor to the third floor. Unfortunately, the maids earlier had left lock the bathroom door. I went to ask for help, I walked because the room amazingly, HAD NOT HAD LANDLINE TO CALL FRONT DESK. As my wife and I walked through the room, we found NO TV remote control. Again, I had to go downstair and pleasantly asked the manager, who was about to have his late snack, but he put it at side and decided to come with me and brought an spare TV remote control. He fixed everything for us. Scott you should be rewarded for such lazy jobs from the maid that day. Thank YOU Scott for making our night restful and at ease.

It was quiet clean and good stuff. What I didn't like was mainly fast food restaurants in area

Comfortable beds, very clean. Nice stay.

Terrible front desk service. I was charged for 2 nights but only stayed one. Mgr totally blew me off. Not coming back.

The parking lot is small and hard to navigate. Staff members were friendly. Breakfast was a little lukewarm.

The pet fees are $25/ dog.

The hotel was very clean and quiet

The whole property had an odor that just wouldn’t go away even after leaving room windows open.
