The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions. The breakfast was delicious.

One of my favorite properties to stay at when I'm traveling. Great amenities, location, etc. My only complaint is that parking is too expensive for Roanoke. I feel like I'm paying rates commensurate with a much larger, more crowded city. It would be great if they could bring those down.

If you put this hotel in DC or Charlotte you’d easily pay twice the price for everything. A great deal in a grand old hotel that’s been terrifically upgraded. Wonderful light filled room and great breakfast buffet. We hope to go back when we can stay longer.

Stay at the governors suite!!! What a delightful experience! Full views of Roanoke that do not disappoint! Very comfortable, spacious and freshly renovated.

Hotel is beautiful. Room was large. Staff were very friendly. Bell service went out of their way to assist with our things. We were in town for an EXPO.

Hotel Roanoke is such a beautiful hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. I hope to come back soon.

The Hotel Roanoke looks just beautiful after their reno. We had a spacious corner room. the only the we didn’t like was the awkward placement of the tv.
