No problems.

It was well worth the money. We enjoyed our stay and it was only 12 minutes from the beach. One thing to note, there is no elevator. So be prepared to carry things up the stairs if on the second floor.

It was a nice stay..with the exception of our upstairs neighbors. They were so loud and annoying.. the desk clerk offered up another room in a different area. It was perfect. Thank you again!!

I actually booked this place after I booked into another hotel and immediately had someone try to break into my car while checking in. This place felt so safe, well lit and in a great location. Definitely use this place if you are looking for security and comfort

Way too much chlorine in the pool. Lots of white trash like to stay here.

Good location, but definitely not clean. The bathroom was dirty, we all wore shoes in the shower. Lots of short dark hairs in the tub. Corners do bathroom floor were caked in grime. Moldings were all covered in dust and old dirt. I can only imagine how filthy the dark carpet must have been. Pool was nice but it felt about 100 degrees in there. (Not fun in summer when it’s 80 outside)

The pool was clean, very large and the warm lighting in the pool area made it feel inviting.

Room smelled musky probably because there was a leak in the bathroom. When you stepped on the floor water was coming up. Didn’t have tissue paper in room had to ask for a box. Didn’t like that that the sink wasn’t in the bathroom just a poor design.

It was great! We travel a lot! And if every place was as good as this one it would be awesome! When in the area we will go out of our way to stay there.

The air freshener was so strong it made you gag. The bed, pillows, sheets and floor was wet to the touch from so much humidity in the room. When turning the AC down the real smell of the room was overwhelming.

The pool and hot tub were extremely over-bleached.

I liked that there was a pool and hot tub. But when i stayed it was super busy with a lot of children/famlies. Not that it is bad cause i understand but i didn't want to use the pool at that time. Even during Adult time at the pool the kids were still there.

Everything thing was fantastic and I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay in Grand Haven. My only suggestion is that new pillows would be a good idea.
