Hot day, aircon don’t work, no ice machine. Won’t be back

The stay was okay. The toilet seat was broke and the water in the toilet was running. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. I just think the hotel can use some upgrades. Also, there is no elevator.

Friday afternoon, 5/16, the worker behind desk (male, glasses, no name tag)was a pretty big jerk at check in. Ridiculously unhelpful to the woman in front of me on line.

Clean, friendly, close to SUNY Cortland stay.

Not very clean, hotel smelled, breakfast was all out of food with an hour and a half left.

Got in kind of late. The front counter person was nice enough. I was given a room at the farthest spot from the front desk. I walked there with my bags in hand and when I got there the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I walked all the way back and was given a new room, right next to the last room. I walked all the way back, with my bags to the farthest spot from the front desk. That room was not cleaned either, and it was worse, looked like someone was partying in there. I go back to the front desk and finally get a clean room. The next morning I found out that the hot water was only lukewarm. Then the toilet backed up. I have stayed in worse hotels, but I don’t think I will be back to this one.

Too close to the interstate & noisy.

Place need an up date , everything is to old . Room was not 100% clean , outside snow and ice was all over we had to walk very carefully on parking lot . Not worth it for the money I paid

Police in the hallway at 3AM dealing with guests who stole someone's phone and wallet did not make for a good night's sleep at all

The room smelled musty. Other than that, no issues.

Room was old and outdated, smelled musty, carpet was gross. I was afraid to not wear shoes. The hotel allowed dogs, but had not one garbage can around the facility to put bags in and I was not going to throw it out in my room so I left it there. The location is also dark and creepy.

Awful smell in the room

The room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Strange smell in room. Hair in bathroom. All vending machines for drinks empty. Asked for a wake up call and never received. Internet did not work.
