Very friendly staff, quick check-in, clean room. Decent breakfast.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location. Close to shops and just 10 minutes away from Universal.

Great service and location

The staff and stay was great as you were near many restaurants and amenities. We were able to take the trolley to the OCCC. You are still using plastic and styrofoam wares which is harming the environment. Thank you for a great stay.

The check in was easy and the staff really friendly. Location is great because you have food places and things to walk to if you want

Breakfast was great!! Staff was super cool!! No rush for check out Awesome stand up full mirror door! Only dislike was the laundry room was small. Only 2 washer and 2 dryer. I didnt have to wait at all, and this didn't effect me in any way, but I'm sure if people were using the washer/dryer it would have made me bummed

First night was welcomed by a room full of insects flying around, including roaches, all types of mosquitoes and ladybugs. Since we checked in very late there was nothing left to do but, sleep with the lights on and hope no one gets sick from swallowing a critter. Could have been because we were on the first floor corner unit. Room was very damp with humidity and the bathroom

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The hospitality makes it feel very comforting and makes the stay worth while. Woild recommend to others. *2 Thumbs up

Property was pretty well kept. Housekeeping made the bed and changed the towels daily. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was decent. I couldn't have found i nicer priced hotel near the convention center.

The rooms are clean and well kept. We had a coffee pot, fridge and microwave. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good and fresh. I have no complaints. I should stay here again.

Check in was smooth and staff knowledgeable and friendly

Good hotel with a fantastic location. Walking distance to ICON Park and trolley pickup located close to the hotel. No access to streaming service though I asked ahead of time but there is cable in the rooms. It was nice to have that since we were traveling as a family and didn't want to be out late. The breakfast was something different each morning and enjoyable. Staff is very friendly. Hibachi is located next door if you're into that. Would stay again!

It was just a overpriced motel 6

We had a great room on the fourth floor, it was quiet. Loved having a fridge and microwave, as we went to Pizza Uno a few times. A/C was nice and cool and parking was free and we never had to search for a space. The breakfast was good, loved the pastries/bagels/muffins and I'm nothing without my morning coffee. I agree that the shower curtain was too short and water puddled on the floor. I could not figure out the TV, but we had Spectrum News on when we were in the room. I would like to thank Yani at the front desk for great customer service!
