Very nice staff, clean hotel and near to everything.

It was alright. Room was fine, not amazing.

Perfect location. Clean. Love the pool and walking distance to restaurants

Had an amazing time. The decor was beautiful. Spent a lot of time poolside. The bartenders were great. Also enjoyed live entertainment. The magic show was amazingly good.

Great hotel choice! Quick walk/drive to a lot of fun attractions close by! Super cute rooms. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Castle Hotel was nice, pool area was pretty, our room was nice. While at the hotel we had lunch and food wasn't great. We also were told while we were there we could see firewrorks from Disney on the rooftop. You can't see them too far away. We did have a really nice experience at breakfast, servers were fabulous, Yosep i think her name was.

Receptionist offered me free tea while I wait for my room to be ready.That was sweet

We stayed a week and loved it The staff goes above and beyond Very clean

🚨 Beware Staying at the Castle Hotel! 🚨 I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, but my recent experience was truly disappointing. The customer service has significantly declined, and the upkeep is simply deplorable. If you plan to stay here, please make sure to check the bed linens before unpacking. It’s unfortunate to see such a once-great hotel fall short of expectations. Stay safe out there! 🏨💔

My room did not get a cleaning service as requested, and my room did not have body wash available in the shower. The bottle was empty. This was requested to be refilled but this did not happen.
