I had bumps from the sheets all over my body and the outlets didn’t work and the staff was completely rude and my Miami experience was ruin just because I felt so uncomfortable do not ever book here you’ll waste your money

When I 1st arrived at this motel there was a dead roach in the restroom. There isn’t any good restaurants nearby. Other guests hang around late at night on the sidewalk talking loud and drinking. This motel is a dump with very rude front desk employees and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Demanded $50 cash deposit which was not disclosed at booking. Remote doesn’t turn tv on. No plug in bathtub no light bulb in lamp.

It was disgusting and then they kept our money when we were only in the room for 6 mins and see how gross it was.

Bad neighborhood

Stayed in Room #109 ..this is my 3rd time staying my other 2 time things were good but this last stay was terrible the room STANK and is because of the carpet they need to yank that carpet out and put flooring had to buy febreze and spray continuously, -the last two times I stayed they have floors not carpet I should’ve asked for another room because next door was this guy sitting in front of his door talking loud as hell on his phone all day then when it was night more men came they blasted music and smoke marijuana, I hope the manager gets more control and have guests have more consideration for others we come to rest not party. Just sad because I was liking this hotel the last two stays was great no noise, rooms were decent check in and check out was easy. Really hope they change for the better is very affordable for a night.

The room was filthy, our socks were black before we realized we needed to wear shoes in the room. It smells terrible. The walls were all really dirty. We went to Walmart and got air freshener and cleaner and cleaned the whole room. The pool area did not have any chairs, like in the pictures, so we had to buy chairs too, so we could sit outside. Every time the bathroom fan turned on, the smell of cigarette smoke came into the room from the other rooms. Housekeeping only changed the garbage bags. Not the sheets, didn't clean the room.

The property is rundown every room looks like a dope hole. The staff are too busy fighting with each other to do their job. After paying for a week through hotels.com I get to the property to check in and I get charged a $20 deposit for a remote control for the TV And then when I check out, they kept my deposit which I think the fat lady kept it for lunch that day. Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy.

Never again the clerk charged my an additional 80 at check in and refused to give me any kind of receipt for it. The tv was not working the roaches meet you at the door the bedding was moldy just awful. Don’t bother it’s not worth it .
