Beautiful hotel, rooms decent size but if you are from US the air does not work well at all. We requested a fan but never received one.

Great location and everything clean and new. My only complaint is that both the bed and the toilet were to high for me.

Dejligt hotel - lige i centrum af Hamborg. Vi var på 24. etage med udsigt over parken og vand. Lækkert værelse med lidt ekstra plads. Eneste minus var de ambulancer mm som kører udrykning konstant.

Very nice hotel! A bit expensive, but so was all hotels this weekend.

Everything was fine, but the information provided around parking was awful. The hotel parking is appearantly inside another parking garage. It is really not easy to guess and hotel staff did not inform about risk paying to the wrong parking house. Consequently paid two parking garages with no refunding possible…. Uacceptable service level!

The restaurant is poor and special the menu.

Nice hotel, close to two train stations, Dammtor, S bahn and Stephansplatz, Ubahn also Dammtor bus stop so exellent for getting around the city, hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms we stayed in on the 7th floor were fine if a little dated, breakfast was really good has everything you could want to start your day no matter what your culture, bar food later in the day is a bit limited and evening meals also dependant on weather or not you like middle eastern food, we tried it once during our stay and it was quite nice if a little different from our normal taste, they definitely could have a better range of food to suit different cultures a bit like breakfast, overall a good hotel for the price

Great hotel in a handy location

Läget var utmärkt och hotellet var helt ok. Underdimensionerade hissar för ett så stort hotell. Man hade även behövt mer yta för frukosten, man fick köa för att få hämta en del mat tex bröd och när vi lämnade frukosten var det en lång kö för att alls få plats.

Lovely property close to the train station and many tourist sites.

Rooms not ready upon arrival. Waited an hour. Had asked for connected rooms as we are traveling with three kids. When we finally got to our rooms, there was only four beds for five people. Had to relocate to new rooms, and then connecting rooms was no longer possible. There was no hand sanitizer i the morning buffet. 500 people all touching the same bread knife.

Great hotel, perfect location by the railway station, friendly staff all through the hotel.

I had a very gentle and professional welcome at the reception by Luca, a very kind person......I think a perfect hotel manager in the near future.

Bar staff were fantastic. Made cocktails that weren’t on the menu and were very knowledgeable. Check-in staff I dealt with were pleasant but weren’t knowledgable regarding upgrades and Expedia offers and it was up to myself to inform them. Location is good with nice walks in Planten un Blomen and about a twenty minute walk to Alster lake. Overall a pleasant stay.

Elevatorer var i en periode ude af drift. Derfor benyttede folk trapperne. Der var optræk til panik da der ikke er plads til folk med bagage i trapperne. Skiltene var ikke tydelige eller manglede. Der var intet personale til at guide folk. Godt hotellet ikke var i brand eller lignede. og situationen var alvor. Evakueringsmulighederne blev i hvert fald udstillet og jeg håber hotellet får gjort noget ved dette inden noget ulykkeligt indtræffer.
