I asked the possibility of ‘early check in’ days before the trip, they were kind enough to say they would do their best but had to wait long time for the room. Also, the room was very noisy due to loud cars coming and leaving valet service throughout the night and landscape crew started blowing 7:00am in the morning. No sleep unfortunately. Pools were very crowded that the crew had difficulty finding seats. Restaurants were pleasant. Staff were kind.

Amazing stay at The Cloisters. 10/10 for service, facilities, staff, food & drink. One of the nicest places I’ve ever visited. Would highly recommend.

Favorite hotel of all south Florida

The staff and level of service are really what set this hotel apart from other luxury properties. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool experience and all dining were wonderful. Our room was beautiful - the ONLY negative was that the room was described as sleeping 4, however the beds were full-sized, not queens, so it was very tight. But all the other positives outweighed that one minor inconvenience.

Very nice resort. Mostly everything was great. Only thing I would change is hiring more waiting staff for the pool areas.

The property was beautiful and so big. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the beds are tiny. I feel like they were twin size beds but advertised as fulls.

I will absolutely be staying with them again.

This is probably the best hotel I've stayed at. I travel often and strive to find the best places that are affordable. Just experience it for yourself.
