The smell of smoke in the rooms linger and is very unpleasant.

Reception area is clean. Inside the room terrible

The sofa bed was vey poor quality. One of us fell into the foot end of the sofa, where there was no mattress. Also, when we asked for blanket and sheets for sofa, the receptionist said to come down. Poor customer service for the amount we paid. Not at all satisfied

The hotel was adequate but dated. The bathroom needs a deep clean - discolored grout and cosmetic maintenance (paint chipping)

The staff was great, and good rooms. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Bed was extremely comfortable was the only plus- I did a whole check when we got there didn’t see anything except a few ants on the floor. Last day there saw a baby bed bug crawling out from in the vent area— so there is definitely more I’m sure. Room 429. Also, saw a small cockroach coming out from the gap in between cupboard and refrigerator. Wish I saw these things sooner when I looked cause I would have been out of there. Won’t stay again.

Property is aged but it’s a decent place to stay with okay breakfast. I feel it wasn’t super worth of the price they charge though. Rooms were decent but very aged.

Limited TV channels and entertainment. The TV display over 800 channels but only 60 are accessible and not many fir children. Cancelation policy is not great either

So far it is good. Bed was very comfortable. I was greeted warmly when I arrived for check-in and everything looks very clean. Check-out was quick Breakfast had a good variety, but the eggs were cold. Also in my room the shower curtain wouldn't stay open - it kept sagging to the middle of the bar and sagged down so the shower leaked out at each end. Generally I'd give it a good review though.

Arrived at the property to check into my king room I had reserved, the hotel clerk told me there was only a handicap accessible room available. I specifically ask could I get another room that was not handicapped but was told no other room was available. So I went ahead and got the room. This was a work trip and I had to go and work that evening until about 2 am, tired I just jumped into bed and quickly went to sleep. I woke around 4 am to an awful smell almost gagging me, got out of bed to see what was going on and the smell was coming from the middle of the bed.. Someone previously had urinated in the bed and the hotel had just put another sheet over top of the urine soiled mattress. The smell was awfuland I had to shower to get the smell off of me, it was beyond bad. I went to the front desk around 5am and they did have a king room available that didn't smell like urine.

Reasonably priced but dated

Building and rooms need to be renovated. My bathroom sink water kept clogging in sink.

Our room was disgusting! There were crumbs on the sofa, sticky stains on the desk and a urine stain on the pull out sofa bed! We immediately requested a refund and left! The staff at the desk was helpful and understanding.

Affordable stay .rooms and washrooms need updates , kind of old

This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. It is not clean and it is really aged. Pictures show mold on the shower head shower curtain. Tub does not drain properly. The lobby floor needs replacing and, if they can't even take care of that, you know what you need to know about this property. I think Comfort Inn would not be proud of their branding on this place.
