Place was good breakfast was great nice heated pool. Down side shower drain was slow to drain

The property looks a bit ran down… not really appealing facilities. The breakfast wasn’t good at all.

I liked the two pools (interior and exterior). The disability space parking and little ramp. The breakfast was good with different options every morning.

Check in and out were a breeze. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother, so we needed a room on the first floor, we were accommodated without any arguments. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The hotel is located in a very safe area and security is always present. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Jonathan, a server in the restaurant. You will feel like royalty when he waits on you! Overall, our 4 days stay was comfortable and uneventful...very peaceful.

Fridge doesnt work. Location is inconvenient.

Great location! They make you feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best thing is the amazing customer service especially from the lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet.

Room was really nice. It was a 2 bedroom, the only downside was the smaller room didnt have a tv. The property was pretty, the ice machine didnt work. The outside pool was dirty. The inside pool was also alot smaller than expected. It is also needed to be cleaned.

I think the pictures are from when it’s still new it was not even close to the pictures. The couch had big stains and overall the cleaning could use an upgrade

Check in was a breeze. Room as clean and are is secure. Has great amenities, but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. We were visiting relatives. The free breakfast was A . Everything was made fresh and plenty of options for the family. Will look to stay again.

The suite was roomy and met my needs well. I asked for cookware, and the hotel provided so I could cook in my kitchen. Hot breakfast was good. I used the heated, indoor pool twice and enjoyed it greatly. The hotel was about a mile from the city center. Public transportation was available nearby. The trip to/from airport or cross-country bus required a taxi ride.
