Breakfast was aberage , view from my room beautiful , staff very young with bossy motes,bed old , linen synthetic ,, cheap, AC almost like none .

I was probably staying in the old wing of the building, where there was literally no space to move around in the room. Ironically, I could barely manage to sit on the toilet because there was so little space for movement. I also had difficulty securing my documents, as there was no safe in the room. Apart from that, the staff were great.

Our room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. Would stay again.

Amazing, recently renovated room with a beautiful view of Riga Old Town and very friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved - it felt disorganized, with queues for coffee, empty food trays and a limited selection. Also, additional parking charges weren’t clearly communicated.

The breakfast was excellent and very fresh. The bedroom remained a little warm through the night. The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.

Overall, this is a nice hotel with spacious and comfortable room and good facilities, but the rooms are a little dated and could use renovation and new furnishings. Good value for money anyway.

Clean hotel, good breakfast buffet, kind and welcoming staff

Staff were friendly, especially the gentleman that did our check-in quite late at our arrival. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Access to spa was a nice bonus. Location ideal to go visit the old town.

Didn’t include breakfast so Non applicable, the curtain was damaged and stains on the floor/ chair. Staff was welcoming and kind. Would stay here again

The rooms were clean but a little older.

The Blu was an easy walk across the bridge, but a major hotel near the airport should provide a shuttle to and fro, for the convenience. Otherwise a nice pleasant stay.

Stayed two nights. Room was not cleaned or made up after being at work all day. Endless lineups at reception with lack of staff. Poorly equipped tables in resto. Staff will not bring anything to rooms if requested, for example extra glasses cutlery. Had to clean my own room and toilet. Overall, unpleasant stay.

I felt the hotel rooms were a bit run down and did not offer value for money. Additional payment to use the spa/pool facilities was unexpected given the cost of stay

Lovely view of the city from the room. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very nice and updated but exterior needs massive renovation. Still, the best hotel in Riga. Too many smokers at the entrance. Breakfast was lovely.
