I've been staying in this hotel for years, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is ok and the rooms/bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. The perfect place to stay if you have a hospital visit in the south of cdmx

Good hotel

El hotel se está cayendo a pedazos. Nunca hubo servicio telefónico. Focos fundidos y puertas que rechinan. Las cortinas no se pueden abrir. Es lamentable, ya que la ubicación es excelente

En la habitación no se sentia frio el clima

Muy mala idea reservar ese hotel, falta de limpieza, las sabanas rotas con huecos, el aire de la habitación no funcionaba, y los empleados no le buscan solución a los problemas, fue en total un desastre, creo que hay muy mala administración, es una lástima porque las habitaciones son espaciosas

Well located

Ir was a great experience. The room next to us was a bit noisy but it was good. The rooms are in good shape and the service was good. It is not a luxurious place, it is a family friendly and affordable place to stay in the south of Mexico City. Really convenient.

El hotel esta super limpio, el servicio es excepcional y muy bien ubicado!!! Altamente recomendable!

Stayed here previously and really like the location and the roof top patio. The door to the patio though was very hard to open...safety issue. Also when I checked into my room there was an ashtry with cigarette butts in it. It was cleaned up immediately but not something I expected from this hotel.
