What a horrible experience! Everything in our room needed help; upholstery cleaning, caulking, bathroom cabinetry repair, there was black hair on floor in bath and countertop near coffee maker. When drapes were opened, we could see how nasty the headboard was. The Af Am man at desk 10:00 p.m. never acknowledged me at front desk for 5 min. I had to find someone else at hotel to help me. There were kids in the courtyard playing and yelling at 12:30 a.am! No hotel staff did anything to make them quieten down! There was water from the pool all the way down the hallway and into the elevator! At breakfast area the walls were nasty. There was a sock from the night before by the elevator that stayed there until that evening. That evening there was some gospel, AME convention that again, was loud and obnoxious as hell. What has happened to people that they don’t know how to act? What has happened to Embassy Suites?

The staff was great and very attentive. My only complaint was that the hotel overall could use some updating. There were carpet stains a few places.

It was a great hotel. No complaints. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Food really good. Everything clean and comfortable beds.

Our stay here for night was okay. We didn't know that when we booked this room that we will be coinciding with a I'm guessing convention or a team of children and their guardians but they were screaming until 2:00 a.m. and you can imagine it's very hard to sleep when that's going on. We were charged room and property tax I believe when we got to the property which I wish I would have been disclosed before so we would have known that that was in the price. We also had to pay $10 for parking which we didn't know about either. I'm glad we only stayed one night which technically we didn't even stay at night we stayed for maybe what 18 hours--I can imagine how much we will have to pay if we stayed for more than one night. We had the good insight to check to see if we could check in earlier than specify since the check-in time was 4:00 p.m. which is very late.

It was very dated. The lobby and common area reeked of marijuana.. the front desk staff was very rude upon checking in. The shower head was horrible.. for the money, this place needs an upgrade

Easy access hotel with a full breakfast daily. Nice facilities and spacious rooms.

So dissatisfied. Tried to check in early. Told room was ready but it would cost $50. Was there for a funeral and had just driven 5+ hours and needed to change for the funeral. Not very clean room or main area. Breakfast omelette station closed before 9 am. Forgot a charging stand and my AirPods. Called and was not able to connect with house keeping. Just overall so frustrating when it was a short stay for a sad occasion.

Besides having to pay to park everything was great. Highly enjoyed breakfast. Staff was nice. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

A/C was running and couldn't adjust, due to age of system, we suffered all night with temperatures below 30 degree's. Was told following morning, that maintenance had to change system from cool to heat.

Do not like paying for parking if you have a hotel and you stay, there should be free

I don’t remember see anything about a daily parking fee. We were surprised that we had to pay for parking.
