Upon arrival lady clerk was very dry, not a smile not a hello how are u, nothing. Was disappointed to find out that there was no indoor pool as described in the pictures. It was the reason we picked this place. The breakfast was the worst. Its a brown bag at reception with a banana muffin and granola bar. For the rates they are charging it would have been nice to have a bagel or waffles.

We were happy about our night at this hôtel for traveling.

The staff was so helpful and kind. They had treats for my yorkie and she loved meeting them. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

They had no wash clothes available & checked me into a dirty room

So so there was miss communication on red roof policy vs what hotels.com had about the policy which caused high stress for 30 an hour.

Very nice stay, friendly staff and clean room. There is a nice balcony on the second floor overlooking a nearby lake. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. The fridge was larger than what you get in most hotels and room had a microwave which is not so common.

Close to Thruway , Nice no frills stay , did not care for the pillows and our room microwave did not work

a great stay overall, things were clean, it was very quiet, wonderfully comfortable mattress, friendly staff, very convenient ... it would have been very nice if there was coffee available in the lobby (24×7) or to have a personal coffee maker in the room

My one complaint - the pillows are terrible. Lumpy and too small. Everything else was terrific.

The room was fine, beds were quite comfy. But, the cleaning staff was ridiculously loud very early in the morning, a horn kept beeping all night outside our room, the remote didn’t work, and the pool wasn’t open.

Had a restful night, very comfortable bed , felt safe , will stay again next time on the area.

I paid for a deluxe room and got a regular room.

Couldn’t provide me with any wash clothes for the 2 days I was there

Everything was okay to 3:00 in the morning where police officers we're knocking on the door hard for me to open the door I call the front desk no one answered the police were almost about to knock the door down I didn't know what was going on for 10-15 minutes I called the front desk and no one picked up after the police decided to leave someone in the front desk picked up the phone the lady told me they didn't know what was going on she didn't have an answer for me in the morning when I checked out spoke to the manager explain what happened they said they was going to review the cameras and call me or send me a text to let me know what was going on I never received a response back will never ever stay in this hotel ever again not safe
