Breakfast was great room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Great spot close to downtown so everything’s within walking distance.

The location is incredible. Right downtown next to the park, but does come with noise from the highway. Nothing fancy, but a good place to stay. I had pre-paid for 3 nights, checked out after 2, but of course due to 'policy' they wouldn't refund the 3rd night, so the place became very expensive for 2 nights.The hotel safe wasn't functional and they didn't get it fixed before I left.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff made check simple and fast. Location is great close to the water and walking distance to restaurants.

Great hotel. Close to everything in Downtown Kelowna and Waterfront! Would definitely stay there again. Love the balcony with the Adirondack chairs!

Quite loud.

Property is an optimal location. Fairly well kept and clean. However, it is an older property with small rooms and there is seemingly a problem with ventilation as there were at times sewage smells coming from the bathroom. Balcony door was not consistently functional. Overall if the property had some upgrades and better maintenance I would recommend this property as a 4+. I

While we liked the hotel and location, there was a light on the patio that was so bright it lit up our whole room all night … we phoned down multiple times and they gave us different answers like where to turn it off etc and then landed on that it doesn’t shut off. When I explained it this morning they then said “that must be unfortunate if you normally like to sleep in darkness”. Doesn’t everyone? Haha. The photo attached was at midnight. Again, it’s a nice enough hotel and location is good but the response/ lack of was disappointing as we barely slept.

Restaurant was nice. Had good food.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Liked the espresso coffee machine for a quick shot of caffeine on my way out the door. Location was great being down by the lake and walkable to many park areas, restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the TV remote needing a genius to figure out. Overall my stay was great.

We stayed only one night, for my birthday, and the staff were phenomenal! Right from check-in, they were so friendly and helpful! After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing to soak before bed. And again, it was absolutely spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was incredible, and once again, the staff were outstanding. Delicious food and fantastic staff, we will definitely be back to stay and to eat!

Staff was friendly, easy check in. beds are comfy.

Overall our stay was excellent! There was only really one glitch. We requested and paid for a late check out 1 pm and at 11 am house keeping knocked and walked in the room. Thankfully we had a blanket covering us and from the open door the bed cannot been seen. I told them we had a late check out and then at 12 pm they came back to the room and told us they didn’t have that info passed on to them. The house keeping was understand and I was firm with the fact that we were not leaving until 1 pm. The room we stayed in was amazing and we loved our stay over all!! We will definitely be back.

We stay at the The Prestige about once a year when visiting Kelowna the last few years. It is our 'go to' hotel because the service is great and the location is super as it is right on the lake front, close to all the restaurants / walkways etc. Stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks and received a 25% discount card for their breakfast which makes for a very good deal as the restaurant is very good (can recommend the eggs Benedict..). Next time I'm in Kelowna I will be staying there. The staff are great. There is a 'speakeasy' bar at the back of the hotel which has a retro atmosphere and the cocktails are super....

Always an excellent stay
