Great location ! Walking distance to everything downtown Kelowna. we had a 2 bedroom suite, the rooms had no AC. Rooms got really hot during the night. Maid service was a hit and miss. 2 ours of 5 days they never even showed up. Not sure how they missed us. But overall a good experience.

Location was a huge plus. Liked the ice machine. Not enough parking. The hot tub was tepid the temp was not hot and the jets barely worked. The bathroom was old but nice The housekeeping was sooooooo nice. Hotel is old and they are trying their best to make it look good.

The room was large and bright and very clean. It was however very noisy but we knew that before we booked. Because our room was just outside the cleaning staff area and managers office, we heard the staff very early morning. There were lots of families as well so the kids running by our room screaming to head to the pool was a pain. The beds, though super spacious were very uncomfortable. They were so soft that you sunk into them and could hardly roll over. Though the location is ideal to walk downtown and hit up everything Kelowna has to offer, I prob wouldn’t recommend or book again.

Had a great 2 night honeymoon stay here. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating in getting our room ready for early check in since our flight got in so early. It was a great location close to so many bars , restaurants, ice cream shops, patios and the beach is right accross the street! Didn’t need to cab anywhere and there were rentable scooters near by to get around quicker if needed. If you’re noise sensitive the traffic from the highway was noticeable but they left ear plugs and I didn’t hear much with the doors shut and AC on. Would stay again!

Staff were quick to help when needed but the room was lacking. The toilet ran so you had to jiggle the handle to stop it. The closet was too small to fit the hangars in properly. The beds are very uncomfortable. The shower head didn’t spray far enough from the wall and you couldn’t move it. The bathroom fan was so loud. The soundproofing was not very good. The bathroom was very cramped. Kids had fun in the pool though.
