Apart from thd issue às to whether breakfast was included, my stay was excellent. Pool, room, servicing. bar ambience location were very good. The breakast experience was oùtstanding. Food was in abundance with good selection. So glad I had the breakfasts. The staff were really good. On the payment for breakfast...this was a difficult challenge. The reception guy was so calm unflustered and professional. Maybe someting needs to be clearer in the process as breakfasts were quitè expensive. Not to detract however...my overall experiencd was very good.

Ihg always provide great accommodation with added bonus of spa and pool. What makes Ipswich Ihg so special is the excellence of their staff. All were amazingly helpful and charming. Such a pleasure to receive highest standards of service. Thanks to everyone.

We had an 'accessible' room which was spacious and well equipped. The premium rooms were much smaller and would have felt a bit cramped. Nice swimming pool but, typically, the hot tub and the steam room weren't operational. Breakfast was good value and excellent quality. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Some annoying noise at night - people talking in corridor, dog yapping, coach idling outside at 7.15am - but that's human beings for you.

Room ok.it took a very ling time to run hot waterin the bathroom sink. No evening restraunt limited menu in the bar. Definatelnot as food as when I arayed oreviouslt Ipaid for breakfast on both days But was not able to eat on the Saturday as I had an early start for an appointment in Kent. Reception offered me a sandwich in a box No offer of a refund.

I can not praise this place high enough. The staff were really lovely. I’d easily say the best off all the holiday inns that I’ve stayed around the country. They are very grounded, genuine, helpful and just very lovely. From being given a coin for the spa locker before I even asked, to storing my lunch for work next day in their fridge to offering me free coffee in the morning as I was leaving, they went above and beyond. Pls don’t change!

The swimming pool facilities were terrible cold showers poorly maintained. The en-suite in room too small impossible for large people

Clean room. Breakfast was good. Cooked and continental. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Area was a bit tired but that didn’t affect having an early morning swim. All of the staff were really cheerful and friendly.
