Polite friendly staff, lovely decor and rooms. Would highly recommend.

Clean and comfy

I had no wifi connection and nobody could help. I had asked for two separarte beds and in fact there was no room to separate the beds

I booked a queen bed and got a twin. Breakfast is no longer included and breakfast options are fewer and plates smaller.

This is a budget hotel which suffers from a lack of air conditioning in the rooms (it definitely does not work) and has the most awful housekeeping service (who either don't turn up or do but don't change the beds or don't clean mugs/glasses or don't replace the towels). We certainly won't be staying again

Good stay. Plus points: cheery, efficient staff, great breakfast buffet, free coffee and relaxing hotel lounge, location: easy to find and 5 minute flat walk into the city whilst also being in a quiet 'away from the bustle' corner. The train noise didn't bother us, quite relaxing to watch different trains coming and going. Room was spacious enough. Comfy beds. Not luxury but clean and functional, as expected. Could have done with more on the tv. Random four channels with no news channel or sport to watch. Thanks for putting our two rooms close together.

I loved my stay at Scandic 25, it is in an ideal location being only a 5/10 minutes walk from the central train station and bus terminal to the airport. The staff that I spoke to could not have been any more helpful or friendly if they tried. The bed was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, bathroom facilities were exactly as you need with a powerful shower

Emplacement intéressant, distance de marche de la gare. Par contre, les chambres en facades font face à la gare. Le passage fréquent des trains peut déranger, surtout la nuit. Petit-déjeuner parfait, abondant, plusieurs choix. Personnel courtois, sympa

Over the years coming back to Gothenburg many times, I always seek out Scandic25 first for comfort, convenience and value.

Very much a mid-range hotel, not bad but not the best. - Not easy to find. Although the central station it is tucked away in a side street. - Waited 5 minutes to checkin, reception was un-staffed. - Room generally clean but noticed fittings in bathroom were dirty (photos attached). - Was a quiet location as I was at the back of the hotel away from railway (not much of a view!).

Second time we’ve stayed here, absolutely love it, central location close to the train station, and walkable to Liseberg (30 mins) breakfast is spot on and the beds are comfy

Great location, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, would have been a 5* review but the bedroom floor needed a good sweep and mop and the rug was filthy - needed a good hoover! Easily sorted though so would defo stay again. 😎

The location is great for the city and for sports venues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, had decent vegan options (also had gluten free if you need that). The restaurant area was a little cramped and can be busy. The room was small but that’s ok as you don’t spend much time there. Cleaning really needs to be improved. The tv remote looked like it had never been cleaned and the bedding was stained.

Nice hotel near the central train station. Spacious enough rooms, very good breakfast. I’d have loved a bit more cleanliness in the rooms is my one comment and the decor and carpets could use a refresh but overall a good stay at a budget hotel. Walking distance to lots of sights and easy public transportation. Staff were very helpful with any questions.
