Perfect location,nice room,would stay here again,not problems in 3 nights

Everything was always clean, and the staff was awsome!!!

Spent a week at this hotel and it was worth it. The room was clean, and the room temperature could be adjusted to your liking. Friendly staff speaks Spanish and English. My room card was not working, and they fixed it fast. Free towels for the beach and heated pool. Great food. I ordered some food from the room service menu, and it did not disappoint. The view from the rooftop pool is great, and the espresso coffee from the rooftop bar is good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the Wi-Fi was spotty/weak (would come and go), and I could not get some of my schoolwork done. Eventually, the Wi-Fi was strong enough to get it done. Also, the walls' soundproofing is not the best; you could hear the other rooms, but it is tolerable. Other than that was a great experience and nothing that would ruin your Rio trip.

Wonderful hotel, large, very clean, bathroom hot water and great shower, beautiful view of beach, staff fantastic. Breakfast brilliant, shout out to Francisco always said hello and stopped to chat. Andrei chef, great omelettes and fried eggs. Priscilla, helpful when we had an incident in room, very polite , thank you all!!

A lot of the staff speak and understand English, which was a nice surprise! Absolutely beautiful views from the rooftop bar and pool. Sauna was perfect after a days walking. Bed and pillows were divine. Best sleep ever! Freshly made omelet with your choice of fillings for breakfast and beautiful meals in the evening. Lots of staff, always pleasant. Nothing was a problem for them. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in my travels worldwide. A huge thank you to all the staff. You should be proud.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Brazil. For a hotel that considers itself a 4-star property, the conditions were completely unacceptable. First of all, when I checked into the room, the bed sheets were torn and the towels looked dirty. Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping came regularly, but the towels still looked poorly washed and the sheets continued to be torn. The room itself was not properly clean either. When I moved one of the chairs, I found plastic bags and trash that were probably left behind by previous guests. There was dust in multiple areas, the TV was hanging crooked on the wall, and there was even a hole in the wall. What shocked me the most was that the soap and shampoo in the shower seemed to be diluted with water. I have never seen this even in budget hotels. The breakfast staff were actually friendly and polite, but there was another serious issue in the breakfast area. The chef preparing omelets cooks directly under a ventilation hood that is completely covered in dust. Because of the airflow from the air conditioner and the ventilation system, I could literally see dust falling down toward the food while he was cooking. It was honestly disgusting to watch. On top of that, the omelets were often undercooked and still raw inside. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of hygiene and quality standards throughout this hotel. Honestly, I would not consider this hotel anywhere close to a 4-star experience. I would not even give it

The breakfast fruit was very soggy, and the staff was terribly rude. As a traveler new to Brazil, the staff refused to accommodate guest even blocking me and others from entering the hotel without returning payment. The room had ants everywhere including in the bathroom, shower, bed and desk.
