Great place with rooftop bar and pool, enjoyed my stay here

Breakfast wasn’t included (even though thru the booking process it said it was) so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was very nice, room was clean, bathroom was incredibly clean, staff were awesome. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the staff were polite and helpful. Always with staff at the front door which gave a good sense of security, although the area is safe and I never felt in danger. The location was very good with everything you need nearby, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. The pool on the roof was very nice with towels provided, having a bar there really helped. Trouble is, it was too small with all the beds quickly occupied. But the beach is just across the road!

Best place for New Year’s Eve to join the party in copa beach and then watch the amazing fireworks from the rooftop bar: loved the hotel.

The room is clean and spacious. My room has a great ocean view. Enjoy our stay.

The staff is very courteous, the restaurant and breakfast buffet food is really good. The only downside if you're staying in a room facing the ocean is that the windows will make crackling noises constantly, because of the wind. AC is pretty loud too, even at the lowest setting.

The staff at the front desk really struggled with our reservations (mixing up names, rooms) and, with each new staff turnover, we had to explain the reservations all over again. The rooms had mold, the sheets were dirty and the walls were thin. When we called for service (e.g. extra towels), they never appeared. Overall would not recommend.

Location and staff both excellent

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rio. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent—staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food served at the pool was absolutely delicious. Considering the location and the overall quality of the stay, the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.
