We needed an overnight stay close to the airport and have liked staying at an Embassy Suites. This is in a great location.

Why would a hotel hold a concert in the parking lot. Music was so loud no one could sleep! They allowed it Friday and Saturday till past 1am Horrible experience!

The attitude of the front desk staff and management was unprofessional. I asked for an early check in and was told the room would be ready at 1:00. Below you will see the dirty linen on the bed when I checked in at 4:00. Tub was not cleaned. The hotel stated on your website you could use cash for parking yet the hotel is cashless. The cook on Saturday prepared my eggs over easy with egg shells in the eggs. The free evening mixer consisted of potato chips, pretzels, celery and ranch dip one night and raw broccoli and carrots with ranch dip the next night. When did Embassy Suites fall so low? I paid 152.00 a night for $573.00 to include taxes. I should be refunded

This will be our last choice for a hotel if we ever need a shuttle to/from the airport, want a clean room with enough towels for our family or a working toilet in our room. The breakfast was good for adults but no sugary cereal options for kids. The staff was mostly unfriendly, saying I hate you to us at the front desk, maintenance showing up while we were still asleep to work on the toilet and making rude comments during breakfast.

The property is older and in need of some repays and updating, but it was well priced and convenient.

The property location is within minutes of the airport. If you have transportation there are many options for food and entertainment. All with great customer service. The hotel room was clean and prepped well. The area outside itself is beautiful. Deer, rabbits, and other animals to watch when relaxing outside. The immediate area doesn’t offer much for someone without a vehicle. Aside from the front counter, most employees didn’t have answers without speaking with a manager first. The staff for the serving area seemed quite timid in customer relations and mostly redirected questions to management. Unlike the old days, aside from the two pods two creamers and two sugars, coffee is not available outside your room. There is no longer a 24hr coffee station for night owls are late arrivals. Coffee was at one time a staple item in hotels for customers convenience.

The employees are very friendly. Everyone of them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The cook was amazing. Overall great experience. I would recommend embassy suites by kc Airport to everyone. I will stay there next time. I'm in kansas city.

Easy access from I29

We did a staycation to start our summer break. The kiddos loved the pool. I loved the hot buffet breakfast. We all loved the “Pure Wellness Rooms” as our allergies did not act out and the room felt and smelled fresh. We text the front desk about our shower slowly draining and within 10min of our text, a maintenance man came out to fix our tub/shower. It was our 1st time staying at this location and we wouldn't mind returning for another staycation.

Older, outdated hotel with an unclean feel. Woke up to ants in our room around the refrigerator/coffee area. Breakfast was great but tables feel like they’ve not been thoroughly cleaned in years. Riding in the glass elevator you can see the trash and dust build up in the open fountain area/foyer. Expected better for the name and price.

I liked convenience to airport. I was not happy with cleaning service. Linens was stained, room was not cleaned very much between the days stays. Trash cams were sticky counters and dishes were not cleaned nor returned to kitchen. Just try to train staff to try harder and TV is not smart Tv for modern streaming services of my own.

The staff was nice and is in a convenient location. It wasn't dirty but it is clearly an older building that has not been updated recently and received eegular proper maintenance. The property clearly was doing the best it could with amenities and the breakfast was good. The lobby was also nice. Even though there was a lot of people, it never felt overcrowded. Would I stay there again? Sure.

Room was dirty- caulking around the tub had brown and red spots, there was caked dust built up on the drawers in the bathroom, a piece of trim that was behind the door detached from the wall, corners of the room were not vacuumed. The hallways had pieces of the wall missing and half-patched areas. The staff working seemed helpful - not overly friendly but not rude. The clerked quickly disclosed the $15 fee to park our suv overnight - I’m not sure when or why hotels now charge customers to park their vehicle on their property.

Lady is the front at check in was very rude, but the guy working with her was very polite. There was a Pokémon conference going on that we were unaware of so posting that somewhere during booking would have been good to know
