Rooms are a little tired but everything else about the hotel and service is Amazing! Breakfast with Sandra was delicious! It made our mornings too ok start off breakfast with her and some awesome conversation. Jasmin at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. They have a full open self serve bar in the lobby which is complimentary. They also have wine and cheese hour daily (we didn’t get a chance to participate) overall, location and value are a 10/10

Our stay at the Banks Mansion was fantastic. We loved the first floor vibe which was welcoming to return to after a day sightseeing. Rooms were very comfortable with nice city views and a great location. Would definitely visit again.

The room was very dirty. Sticky rings on nightstand, mold buildup in shower, hair on pillows and in bedding, hair in bathroom sink.

What a great place to stay in Amsterdam. Great location. Was able to walk everywhere easily. Breakfast every morning was a great treat. Friendly and helpful staff. Free bar is a great perk although I was the wine buffet opened earlier than 4. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return. Overall a really good vibe and value for the money spent

Prime location! Perfect location for walking around Amsterdam central city. Nice and clean room with all the amenities and more. Courteous and helpful hotel staff. Nice touch on the stroopwafers and free Heineken beers. Well stocked bar items, snacks, candies, etc at the lobby. Wish to stay longer.

Excellent, from the beginning when I checked in and when I checked out everything and everyone was superb. The staff made me feel welcome, the facilities, the cleanliness was superb. Many thanks for the complimentary gift and the upgrade of my room. All the staff were superb and I want to say a special mention to Sandra and Shafani. Sandra for cooking a wonderful Omelette for Basil and Shafani for showing Basil around. The extra touches such as the cheese and wine hour were wonderful after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Thank you all.

The location is great and easy to get to from various train and tram stations. The major issue was that there were building works happening which I didn't know about. Every weekday from 11 - 2pm, there was A LOT of drilling and loud noise, which seemed to be right next to my room. I called downstairs and the front desk said they were "flushing water through the pipes" but that wasn't h the case. While it's relatively easy to be out of your room and exploring the city during that time, I would have liked to know about loud construction works before booking this hotel.

This is superbly located hotel, very near the museums Rijk, Stedelijk and Van Gogh, and a wonderfully designed building. The staff were both friendly and professional.

The room was clean. The stocked fridge with complimentary drinks from water to beer were great! Really appreciated the complimentary breakfast to start each day well! The location was very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly. Each evening there was complimentary wine, cheese and charcuterie. All day long, drinks of every variety were complimentary in the living room with snacks based on a daily theme available too. The coffee machine is also there. It also makes the best hot chocolate. The Banks Mansion is an excellent hotel choice. I highly recommend it!
