Hotel was ok

The rooms are run down and the photos are deceptive. Staff on the front desk are the worst I have ever experiened. The woman who checked us in was rude, arrogant and incompetent. It seems she gave us the worst rooms she could find - unless they are all this bad. Requested two rooms together in advance, multiple times, and she tried to put us in one room. Then blamed us for not requesting the two rooms, together. Checkout was almsot as bad as we had to wait whilw the two people on the desk finsihed their jobs and converstion before even acknowledging us. Good breakfast and good location but none of this makes up for the run down rooms and rude desk staff. rude, arrogant and

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. At breakfast, the selection was limited. I did not enjoy my stay at this place. If I return to Rio, which I probably will, this hotel is off the list of places to stay. At the front desk, and everyone else, were very disconnected and vague about everything. Anyway, it is behind me now, but I learned from this experience.

Muy buen hotel con excelente personal y servicio. Queda cerca de todo, el centro comercial y la playa. La zona es tranquila y segura. El hotel super cómodo, limpio y el desayuno muy variado y rico. Lo único en lo que estoy descontenta es el horarios de checking: 15 hs y como tiene muchos huéspedes se pierde más de una hora para poder ingresar y a las 16 hs ya es tarde. Sería bueno q las 12 o 13 hs así se puede aprovechar la tarde.

This is a 2 star hotel. The process at the reception is very bad, but the staff on the reception is very calm and kind. The breakfast is not well and it was to noisy based on to many people on a small place.

Nos alojamos 2 noches. Fue muy poco tiempo y queriamos recorrer Rio. Casi no estuvimos en el hotel. Pero cumplió su objetivo a la perfección. Es un hotel anticuado. Nosotros buscabamos algo bien ubicado, con buen desayuno y precio razonable. Cumplió su objetivo 100%. Si buscan eso, lo recomiendo!!

El hotel esta bastante bien ubicado, cerca de la playa de Copacabana e Ipanema, es limpio pero un poco antiguo en lo que respecta a sus instalaciones. La atención en recepción y el check-in en mi opinión deja bastante que desear, tuvimos que esperar hasta incluso luego de las 15hs (hora del check-in) porque no tenían las habitaciones listas, además de que la recepcionista no fue para nada amable en su atención.

Un día Olvidaron limpiar la habitación aunque estaba colgado el anuncio en la puerta!

The upgraded room is worth it, more space, a little more spacious bathroom. Walking distance to beach and everythung.

This hotel was perfectly fitted for 2023 Carnival. Conveniently located in between Copa and Ipanema beaches with many neighboring restaurants and shops. The hotel front desk service was the only negative to the hotel. The Sunday afternoon front-desk lady was rude. An aoyoma

The room itself was stark and bland, there was a lovely view of the dumpster, not a single painting or art in the room. The bathroom was not clean and was falling apart.

The furniture was very old , needs updated or renovation

The only bad thing was the room smelled like moldy and dusty

Location is the best. Staff very helpful. No complaints
