Great location

They have a Good breakfast , rooms are okay

The rooms were smelly, not enough parking, no modern amenities, the dining area was very small, breakfast was horrible, and very limited items, the same items every day. We didn't care to eat breakfast there because it was very uninviting. We tried to cancel our stay there, but we were told that since we booked with Expedia, we can not cancel with the hotel.

This is an older hotel that needs updated. The staff was lazy. There were stains on the old carpet. It will do in a pinch for a quick trip. Best part was it over looked an amazing ranger outlet mall. Not so much a family type hotel more the older couple set.

Dated but doable for a few nights. Small bathroom & didn't find the mattress comfy but pillows were good & linens clean. Good location. Biggest issue was we checked in our room to find smeared blood on the nightstand. It was after we had unpacked so didn't contact desk to complain or move us...just put a towel over it, but ewww. Won't choose this again.

Easy check in and smooth exit. The hot breakfast was good and very helpful for a busy morning with kids. The room was clean, necessities provided, A/C working well, clean linens, comfortable beds. All this for a very good rate. We'll definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast is always the best. The only thing that I would change is the beds. A little too hard for us. The staff is super helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We had a great stay here in April. Cleanliness is spotless. Daily maid service is unusual any more. The only problem we had was last day, our AC unit froze up (85 outside). Just my opinion but the HVAC units appear way undersized and was running constantly, even at this moderately warm outside temp. Breakfast was fair. Eggs were instant, so less than great. 2 waffle stations, sausage patties, roasted potatoes, 1 toaster, good coffee, juices etc. Items were kept filled. For what we paid, it was a great value but I would be leery of staying here in hot weather.
